After training in Venezuela and refining my skills in Peru, we offer desserts, pastries, and gourmet food that blend traditional techniques with culinary innovations.

Can you talk to us about manufacturing? How’d you figure it all out? We’d love to hear the story.
Yes, I manufacture my products at Miel de Luna. I started four years ago, driven by my passion for gastronomy. I chose to create the products artisanally to ensure quality and authenticity. Although I had basic knowledge, I refined my skills over time.
I have not sought an external supplier, as I prefer to personally control the entire production process. I have learned that maintaining consistency and being open to adaptation and innovation are crucial for delivering high-quality products and satisfying customers.
This experience has allowed me to ensure a uniform standard and provide exceptional gastronomic experiences.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Social media, such as Instagram and Facebook, has been Miel de Luna’s best source of new clients. These platforms have allowed us to showcase our products and connect with a broader audience.
Additionally, referrals from family, friends, and colleagues have been crucial. Personal recommendations have built trust and attracted new clients.
Combining social media and personal referrals has been essential for our growth. We appreciate the ongoing support and continue to seek ways to strengthen these relationships.
