Alright, Yana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

Coming up with the name for my studio, Top Nails Studio, was an exciting and inspiring process for me. I always choose only the best for myself, and I want my clients to have only the best in all aspects of quality. Therefore, it was important for me that the name of the studio immediately conveyed this message – that the best is here.

First, I focused on the associations I wanted to evoke in my clients. I wanted the name to reflect my principles: high quality, professionalism, and unparalleled service. This is a place where every client can feel special and receive top-class service.

The idea for the name “Top Nails Studio” came after numerous thoughts and discussions with friends and colleagues. The word “Top” immediately emphasizes the highest level we strive to achieve in everything we do. It symbolizes our pursuit of excellence, our determination, and our desire to be the best in our field.

The choice of the word “Nails” was obvious, as we specialize in nail care. It immediately makes it clear that our studio offers a full range of nail services, from classic manicures to the latest techniques in extensions and design.

The word “Studio” adds a sense of exclusivity and professionalism. This is a place where beauty is created with attention to detail, where each client receives an individual approach, and where every procedure is performed with the highest craftsmanship.

As a result, the name “Top Nails Studio” not only reflects our high-quality standards but also creates the impression of a professional and luxurious place where clients can receive the best care for their nails. This name helps convey to our clients that they can count on exceptional service and excellent results every time they visit our studio.

Now, when clients see our name, they immediately understand that the best service awaits them here. From start to finish, we strive to meet these expectations and provide services at the highest level.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

In 2014, I first entered the nail industry, although it had been my hobby since 2010 when I wasn’t yet earning money from it. My main profession was an elementary school teacher, but my love for nails was always unwavering. After classes, I provided manicure services to my friends in the dormitory. Gradually, this became a part of my life.

After graduation, I returned home and worked with a master who offered me a job. In the summer of 2016, I opened my own manicure and pedicure studio. Together with other talented specialists, we created “Nail & Beauty Studio,” where we offered a variety of services.

With the unexpected onset of the war in Ukraine, my family and I moved to Europe in February 2022. My business continued to operate for another six months, but I had to close it due to a lack of employees. After moving to the USA, I initially chose New York but later relocated to Miami in September 2022.

Here, I started working in a salon on a commission basis while building my own client base. In March 2023, I left the salon and opened my own studio – “Top Nails Studio.”

We provide European e-file manicure and pedicure services with or without gel polish, as well as nail extensions using various techniques. Our techniques are the best because the coating lasts up to 5 weeks without chipping and clean cuticles without hangnails. We ensure that every client leaves satisfied with the results.

Our manicure is not just a cosmetic procedure but an art of nail care. We pay special attention to details, ensuring perfect shape and nail health. Pedicure at “Top Nails Studio” is a true pleasure for your feet, where every procedure is performed with the utmost attention and professionalism.

We strive to create the best experience for you, using only high-quality materials and modern techniques. What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

We used various sources to find clients. But the best source initially was posts in different Miami groups, and then, when the first clients appeared, it was word of mouth. Friends, sisters, and mothers started booking appointments.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Our effective strategy for growing our client base involves combining the highest level of service in Miami at affordable prices and having a loyalty program. Our team is committed to always providing clients with the best experience, regardless of their budget, so everyone can enjoy high-quality services. Additionally, our loyalty program allows us to listen to the needs of our loyal clients and reward them for their loyalty and trust.
