Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Willie Chiles. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Willie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
I recently dropped a project called “Fear Of”. I worked on it for about a year or so. It is definitely one of my cleanest sounding releases. I spent a lot of time in the studio trying to make a good product to share with the people. Behind every great album lies a story, a journey of inspiration and self-discovery. “Fear Of” is no exception. I drew inspiration from my own personal experiences and struggles, crafting a collection of songs that resonate with the universal human experience. Each track serves as a testament to the power of faith, love, and overcoming fear. In “Fear Of,” explores the depths of human emotions and the complexities of our relationship with GOD. The album dives into themes of surrender, trust, and finding hope in the face of adversity. Anewmefr’s lyrics are deeply introspective, inviting listeners into a raw and vulnerable space where they can find solace and strength.
“Fear Of” comprises a carefully curated tracklist, each song offering a unique perspective. The album opens with the powerful introduction “Foundation,” a call to overcome confusion and embracing courage by trusting in Jesus Christ.
As the album progresses, I explore themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the transformative power of YAHUAH. Tracks like “Soul Out” and “GMTYL” showcase an ability to craft deeply emotive songs that resonate with listeners on a profound level. Each track on “Fear Of” is a testament to my unwavering faith and his desire to spread a message of hope and healing.
Creating an album is a labor of love, and “Fear Of” was no exception. I poured my heart and soul into every aspect of the production process, working closely with a talented small team of dedicated people.
From the initial songwriting sessions to the final mixing and mastering by Uzoma Udogwu, My vision for “Fear Of” was carefully nurtured and brought to life. Collaborating with my wife and Aaron J. Nelson aka MorsCalumnia, I ensured that each track on the album is a true reflection of his artistic vision and message.

Willie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I Willie M. Chiles aka Anewmefr, just released a Christian album titled “Fear Of.” With captivating instrumentals from MorsCalumnia productions and heartfelt lyrics, I offer listeners a refreshing and uplifting musical experience that connects deeply with the human spirit. Whether you are seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a moment of spiritual reflection, “Fear Of” is bound to leave a profound impact on your heart and soul. I love making music and I have been making it for a long time as a secular artist. When I gave my life to Christ I did not stop making music, I changed the subject matter to provide a positive impact on the earth.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The whole working non stop no breaks thing is a horrible mindset to have. We have been conditioned to work hard all the time. We all need to rest at some point. It is ok to stop and be still sometimes. Even GOD rested on the the 7th day. The creator of everything rested. So if GOD ALMIGHTY rested I am pretty sure getting rest is a mandatory thing for us humans to do. I used to over work myself, shoot some times I have to still tell myself to chill out.

What is the mission driving your creative Journey?
I would like to spread the Word of GOD to as many people as possible through my music. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and life. I just want to point people to salvation. That is the most important thing Jesus Christ has the keys and has the door wide open for everyone. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
