Willie and Kesia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So, folks often look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight – but that often obscures all the nitty, gritty details of everything that went into the growth phase of your business. We’d love to hear about your scaling story and how you scaled up?
In order to scale our business, we had to get organized and put systems in place that would automate operations. When we first started our business, we found ourselved duplicating efforts, periodically missing a follow up, and not quite having a flow. It was not until we created templates and processes around our business that we were able to scale and expand without adding unneccessary stressors to our business. Standardization was key!
Most sucessful Realtors have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a system that manages all of the company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The goal is simple: Improve business relationships to grow your business.
With standardized systems in place, introductions and follow-ups became automated. We have to acknowledge we are human and will occassionally forget some details. This is why we must leverage technology to fill in those gaps. Every Realtor has there own process but we have found that automation is a must in order to elevate our business to the next level.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?
We are licensed Real Estate agents in the state of Georgia. Simply put, our goal is to make the buying and selling of real estate as cost effective as possible while maintaining the highest level of service.
What makes our team unique is that we create an experience for our clients. We actually have coined it as “The Kee and Will Experience!”. When clients come onboard, they become family. We truly care about the outcomes for our clients, so much that we intentionally call them family on the way in! Before we were Realtors ourselves, we experienced going through the home buying process not really knowing what was happening along the way. Now that we have the opportunity, we are intentional about educating our clients about each step of the process. We encourage our clients to ask questions so they are clear about the real estate transaction they are embarking on.
Our goal is not to just sell you a house. Anyone can do that. Our goal is educate our clients on the value of real estate and to understand its ability to create generational wealth. Too many have gone before us that did not understand wealth. It’s a new day! As long as we are blessed to do it, we will continue to help build wealth for our clients one family at a time! That’s the Kee and Will Experience!
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
We have built our reputation by being authentic and not trying to be like everyone else. We show our wins but also our losses. We learn from every transaction and our goal is to get better every day! We continue to educate ourselves daily. We never stop learning and elevating. We are intentional about being consistent and providing a 5 star experience for our clients. We do not push our clients, we inform. Buying and/or Selling a home is a big deal and our team does not take that lightly. I believe our clients can feel our sincerity and understand we will do all we can to provide the best outcome for our clients!
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Our best source of new clients are past or existing clients. This is why the “Kee and Will Experience” is so important. We understand the value of referrals. We have literally doubled our sales almost every year. This is primarily due to our clients trusting us enough to refer us to their friends and family. That is a big deal to us and we strive to never let our clients down.
