Will, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
We observed that consumers generally had different grades of indoor flower to choose from, but only one grade of outdoor flower, which was usually low grade, if even available. We aspired to provide consumers with an option of premium outdoor flower. Three years later, we have fulfilled our offer and have more demand than supply.

Grasshopper Farms is an organization with the goal of establishing ten single-season outdoor cannabis farms. The key to the success of this venture will rest on one concept; taking care of
people. Grasshopper Farms will accomplish this goal by employing local farmers in each state who have
a strong desire to work in the evolving licensed commercial industry, growing incredible quality
plants, and providing products to patients attempting to manage chronic and acute illnesses. We
are an organization comprised of people taking care of people.

We are building a family oriented business. We put people first. No one is a number. We support each other to success. We prioritize personal growth and development.

Michigan experienced the largest recall in US history on November 17, 2021, which caused the price per unit to tumble at an alarming rate that few were prepared for and no one could have predicted. We were able to maintain focus and discipline operationally and financially, which helped us emerge from the market event without distress.
