Webrnd, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

Well coming from Jersey to GA was a big step into coming up with our new Media Production Team Called Webrnd Network. We had meetings on zoom beforehand to make the big step rite before the pandemic. We had countless nights of game planning before we got blessed with a huge opportunity to work for “The Belaire Campaign” thru my client Terrance Holden AKA (Bigg Hustle). We always had the idea to become a network and media service team for the longest.

Maurice Grady, Thomas Randolph, Tina Bridges, Andrew Banks, Jay Funderburk, & Alexia Grady all have special skills and talent in film, photography, acting, video editing, culinary, virtual assistance, speaking engagements, & videography. The idea of execution was an easy process because we were already doing work together, we just decided to make it official and call what we do, team effort.

Things have picked up fast, from new clients to a building in Marietta GA (Highlight Studios)! We are now figuring out packages for the new building and starting to implement our rates for our services. Thru networking, we found a great client RnB Artist named Christian Nelson. He is our first signed Webrnd Artist for his media team. Nothing but great vibes so far as we continue this journey to become better in our respectable fields.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Webrnd Network is a media production team that provides services in film, and editing and covers all your event needs. We also have catering options and a chef on our team that can custom-make anything to your style of choice. We offer podcasting, photography, food catering, virtual assistance, documentaries, video editing, commercials & much more!

We solve a very huge problem (YOUR TIME). We understand your time is very precious, especially being in business so we can handle everything visually for you. All you have to do is show up and we can handle the rest. If you need a reality show about your business we can also get that done for you too, we specialize in producing shows for businesses.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Communication is everything. Monthly or Weekly meetings is key as well to keep a high morale. Try to give the floor for people to speak on whatever they have in they mind. Discuss the problems (if any) build on it then move on.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Our mission is to have a tv network of businesses promoting what they do and offer. A tv platform across the world to promote entrepreneurship.
