We were lucky to catch up with Wannetta Chopane LVN recently and have shared our conversation below.
Wannetta, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My Overall Mission and Purpose, is to treat everyone I encounter with the Compassion of knowledge to use long term. Also to use my gifts and talent to improve the lives of others. All while continuing to learn and grow my abilities, utilizing my skills, training and personal character to thrive in any position that I hold.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have experienced and been through some major challenges in my life this far. My story is still being written as most people. Some of us never realize how strong we really are. I realize that part of my purpose is to give back what I’ve learn and share it with others. Im learning more and more about myself as far as the compassion and determination I have. Health Care being my passion and My career I started my own emergency Training Business in 2009. Fast Forward I’m pleased and Blessed to say that I have grown my Independent Instructor Certification to have Various Health Care courses of my own. Current day, Again, I realized that my purpose is to give back through health care. My comfort is to educate to increase ones knowledge in the area of health care.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
I learned that every germ has its individual strength or course of action. Everyone reacts to different diseases differently. COVID crisis as shown us the technology and virtual is bigger than what anyone can imagine of what all could be done. I learned never to underestimate the power and control of this nation. In order to get business thriving, COVID has taught me how to rearrange/adjust my classes for everyone safety.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Social Media can be quit frustrating in order to stay current and relevant with the latest knowledge to capture viewers. No matter how challenging or frustrating Social Media can be. It’s a important part of growing your audience/customers. I know patience is very important in business building. I realized consistency is the key. I post multiple times a day anything relevant to my business, any future classes, special’s, announcements, etc. Also past students, family, friends help by sharing my post increases my followers. I started my social media 4 years ago and besides my website, most of my students sign ups come by way of social Media. I will continue to grow my following by sharing information daily.
