We were lucky to catch up with Viviana Becerra recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Viviana, thanks for joining us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?
I had a client that came in with a severe acne problem on his back. After 4 sessions we see an amazing improvement that has been life changing for him. Now he enjoys being able to go swimming and taking his shirt off. We did backfacials and extractions every session until his back was cleared.

I started to care for my skin a few years ago and decided to pursue a career that didn’t feel like a job but more like something I get to enjoy daily. I love being able to have the freedom to set my own schedule, enjoy my job and provide exceptional care for my male clients. My expertise is skin care for men and also provide an environment that promises to relax all my clients. I treat acne, wrinkles, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, dull skin, etc.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I have used Facebook and instagram as a platform to build clientele for my business. I have also made business cards that I give out to people everywhere I go. It is important to stay consistent with your posts and stories on social media so people don’t miss out on your services and promotions. Also it is very important to be creative with your posts to catch peoples attention. Special offers are also important to announce as people are always looking to save money in services.
