We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Viviana Aiello a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Viviana, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.

I was un-happily married, had severe anxiety and obesity, overworked and overwhelmed working as a freelance event planner planning weddings, and corporate events for clients such as BMW, Mini USA, and monster energy.

A devastating event caused me to experience a series of ego deaths, followed by a spiritual awakening; a remembrance of my true self as a soul, and one with the universe.

This series of ego deaths, forced me to go within and search for my true purpose. This fueled my fire to heal and balance the masculine and feminine energies within and led me to launch Lovesgravity. The meaning of the word Lovesgravity is; the journey back to self-love and the Gods and Goddesses within you; The gravitational force that draws all things that are love back to you.

During this soul journey back to self love, I awakened my spiritual gifts and intuitively came to the conclusion that much of my true power lies in the feminine energy of flow, faith, and being present. My own rising and transformation led me to inspire other men and women to step into their power of self-love and as conscious creators, and bring their masculine and feminine energy into harmony.

Balancing these energies has the power to bring healing to relationships, life and work balance, and overall wellness.

As a Self Love Activator Coach, Speaker, & Transformational Retreat Planner, my mission is to ignite the dark and light feminine fire & harmony, back into high-performing professional women that have been leading from force, logic, and their masculine energy.

On a daily mission to uncover my unapologetic authentic self, I aspire to help men & women on this magical soul’s journey to deepen self-love, inner harmony & empowerment as conscious creators. Being born to a teenage mother and emotionally unavailable father had its consequences. This led to years of body shaming, a failed marriage, ancestral baggage, the ending of a soulmate relationship, and devastating financial loss. I have a psychology and experiential marketing background, producing mindfulness, wellness, and spiritual experiences and retreats for women and international brands for over 15 years.

As a natural intuitive, certified empowerment coach and a certified clearing practitioner, feminine energy, coach, I use the feminine archetypes in the tarot as a healing tool for mental health wellness and to align women with their Goddess state in relationships and manifesting power.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

I use social media to grow my community, including weekly coaching lives. Other marketing tools I use are weekly email blasts, group coaching events, and speaking engagements.

Word of mouth, offering promotions and industry networking events have shown to also be successful.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

Pivoting is the key to being a successful entrepreneur. You do what you have to. You can’t know everything there is to know about marketing & running a coaching business right out of the gate. It takes time, education, networking, and a resilient mindset.

If something isn’t working, you pivot, and then keep going.

I’ve had to pick up side hustles, roommates, trade services, etc. Whatever it takes to keep your dream alive.
