Alright, Virgilia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
What my parents did fantastically well is exposing me to a great value system since I was very young. Born in an ex-communist country without freedom of speech and ability to travel overseas, they made sure to obtain incredible books for me to read. At the time they were secretly published however my parents made sure to get access to them. Secondly they enrolled me into sports activities: early on I learned to ski, run track etc. They showed me our beautiful country by traveling as much as we could. They allowed me to sit down at the table with successful adults who often visited us and witness high-level conversations. One of the greatest influences in my life remain my maternal grandparents: the love of my life. Having spent a good portion of my childhood at their farm at the border with former Yugoslavia has impacted who I am today personally and professionally

Branding is the Art of conveying our message and core values to people. It’s not my work: it’s my Passion. Branding is about the people more than it is about the products or services themselves. It’s about that emotional connection that establishes itself with audiences, consumers and communities. It’s the tool that turns our business into a power, influential entity.
I understood the power of personal branding early on in life when I literally got my job at Versace in NYC because of the way I was dressed one day at noon, strolling on Fifth Avenue. I remember like it was yesterday: was wearing a Norma Kamali red dress and my hair in big bun. I ended up working with the brand for five years. Another five years working with Dolce & Gabbana followed. Conducting interviews and photo shoots for luxury magazines along with consulting jobs in Silicon Valley and working with with Real Estate developers, paved the way for the work I am doing today as the Founder and CEO of VV Global Partners. It’s a brand management agency integrated with AI Content Strategy, Partnerships and Events. What sets us apart? We believe that a carefully executed content strategy based on fantastic scripts, visuals and editing AI capabilities, is the secret sauce to generating great success and strong revenues for the brands of the future.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Building a well-respected personal brand without compromise has been instrumental in establishing a stellar reputation within my field. I am meticulous in every aspect of crafting my brand, fully cognizant that each piece of content I post must authentically represent both my personal and professional identity.
In today’s digital landscape, social media serves as our digital business card, and I approach it with utmost care and precision. My robust skill set, extensive expertise, and the invaluable experiences I’ve gained while collaborating with world-renowned brands and top-tier executives are the foundation of my work. I firmly believe in the importance of genuine credibility, understanding that claimed expertise without credibility has zero value. I am committed to upholding my core values and knowledge, consistently sharing my expertise through articles, posts, interviews, or public speaking engagements.
Authentic knowledge cannot be artificially manufactured; people instinctively know if the image you present is the actual “you”. It goes beyond vanity metrics and number of followers, it’s a testament to one’s true worth. This commitment to authenticity and substance is a foundation that will endure.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Our approach to social media should serves a dual purpose: it must either contribute to monetizing our skills or facilitate meaningful change in the world, or ideally, achieve both objectives. Far too often, social media is treated as a playground, with many individuals failing to grasp the extent to which it can diminish our authority and impact.
The secret ingredient for success is research. Know your industry, competitors, and the evolving landscape of your field. Staying attuned to the latest developments in your work environment is essential. Craft a Brand Persona that resonates strongly with who you are and your core values and aligns with the current needs of your market and target audience. One of the biggest mistakes I see individuals making on media platforms is the absence of a clearly defined content strategy. A confused customer never buys and your reputation can make you or break you.
