Alright, Vinnie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on?
With the rapidly changing Real Estate Market the best advise I have given and would give is after you have given maximum exposure to the property allow the market to decide the price. The market has been changing very fast with a jump over 30% from 2021 to 2022 so when you are looking at the property understand what has happened in your area but be up to date also of what is currently happening in your area.

I have been in the Real Estate Business for over 10 years. My team helps people on the path towards their real estate goal. Its finding out where they want to be, showing them what’s possible and guiding them towards that goal. These goals can be Selling Residential or Commercial Property and Buying Residential or Commercial Property.
