Vincent, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
It was the start of April 2018; I was sitting in my office as a senior investment financial professional after speaking with clients about their life’s plans for the present and future. I asked them questions about what is the one thing they would love to do that others felt they are talented at?…and what barriers keeping them from doing it. I asked these types of questions many times with various folks; though this particular time it resonated back to me. It was my defining moment; when I came face to face with what I was currently doing verse what I was meant to be doing. What got me thinking so hard on this? In that same month of April; I was told by my doctor I had developed an extremely high blood condition due to career stresses that could have serious health consequences for me. I knew I had to change; so I asked my close friends and family; if there was one thing they feel that I am really good at. I was surprised to hear that all said; making creative foods. For over the years, they all have experienced my culinary creations in or outside my home. It was one of these close friends that knew I asked; why don’t you make a business with it? It was at that moment; I’d decided…why not! I discovered I can create an unique business online in-home with tasty culinary style soulful recipes and yet be healthier; with surprising entertaining video twists online you can easily follow at home.
Vincent, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
In case you are wondering; about a fun fact from my past culinary journey; I grew up in a family of incredible New Orleans Chefs, restauranteurs, and creative arts. My culinary journey started out as discipline; not passion at first. I was somewhat of a rebellious kid; so as a way of home discipline I was given assorted kitchen prep work under the watchful eye of my mother. I found out quickly it appear I disliked this type of discipline than the alternative southern painful back side solution. Here is where I observed and developed a joy for exploring and creating new healthier recipes that tasted so delicious. What I really enjoyed the most was the origin secret recipe stories from my family of culinary chefs that started with very few resources to having folks coming from all over the world to taste their legacy recipe dishes. I was also nurtured by my mother and family of non-traditional southern chefs to explore the art of making something out of nothing; and to not fear pushing the favor boundaries of culinary traditions. In the present day many chefs are familiar with cooking with wines; but what about craft beer? My approach is to look at them each crafted libations as seasonings. I also needed to know how craft beer was made and its health benefits. I researched and found a top brewing and distillation college and enrolled as a student; then doors where open wide open to the possibilities of creating delicious new tasty culinary recipes cooked with craft beer! I created the unique online forum of culinary craft beer entertainment for you to visit and explore www.TasteTheCraft.net where my trademark brand as Legacy Chef gives easy 48 hrs access of online follow along culinary video on unique good tasting healthier recipes cooked with craft libations.
