We were lucky to catch up with Vili Hickey recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Vili thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission is to empower women to reclaim their feminine power, reconnect with their bodies, and heal from trauma stored in their wombs. This mission is deeply personal and rooted in my own journey of transformation. After the birth of my first child, I experienced profound physical and emotional trauma that left me feeling disconnected from my body and my sense of self. It was in the darkest moments that I began to make better choices for myself—choosing to create space for my feelings, listen to my body’s intuition, and trust what it was telling me.
A pivotal moment in my healing journey came when I stopped judging my emotions and instead made room for them. I realized that my intuition wasn’t just a fleeting thought; it was a profound connection to my body’s wisdom. This shift allowed me to trust myself more deeply, honor my feelings, and step into a place of true empowerment.
For me, feminine power is about being fully connected to this inner wisdom. It’s about trusting the intuitive messages we receive throughout the day and nourishing our bodies in alignment with our natural rhythms, like our moon cycles. This connection to feminine energy influences every aspect of my work. It shapes how I emotionally and empathetically support my clients and allows me to channel the energy and intuition needed to guide them through their own transformations.
My hope for my work is that it doesn’t stop with the women I work with—it’s about breaking cycles that have existed in families for centuries. By helping women reclaim their power and their voices, I aim to impact not only their lives but also the generations before and after them. When a woman heals, she creates ripples of transformation in her relationships with herself and others. My dream is for every woman to realize the untapped potential and power that lies dormant within her, waiting to be awakened.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Vili Hickey, a certified womb priestess, prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and women’s empowerment coach. My journey into this work began after the birth of my first child, when I experienced severe physical trauma and emotional disconnection. Navigating the aftermath, I felt unsupported by traditional care and began seeking alternative paths to heal. That search led me to discover womb healing, somatic trauma release, and ancient rituals that allowed me to reconnect with my body and rediscover my inner wisdom.
What I offer now is the culmination of my healing journey and a passion for helping other women transform their lives. My work focuses on womb healing, feminine empowerment, and embodiment practices that help women reconnect to their intuition and align with their personal and creative power. I provide 1:1 coaching, group programs like Vivify Yourself, and self-paced resources, such as guides on rituals, yoni steaming, and creating womb altars. These tools are designed to help women heal from generational trauma, reconnect with pleasure, and step into their authentic power.
The problems I solve for my clients often stem from unhealed trauma, disconnection from their feminine energy, or feeling stuck in roles that don’t align with their true selves. Many women carry unresolved pain that blocks their creativity, intuition, and ability to experience joy. I guide them through practical tools and rituals to release these blocks, nurture their bodies, and create lives that feel purposeful and fulfilling.
What sets my work apart is my holistic approach. I combine biohacking techniques, ancient wisdom, and intuitive coaching to help women align personal healing with professional success. My unique ability to channel energy and connect deeply with my clients allows me to hold space for profound transformation. I also emphasize small, accessible rituals—because healing and empowerment don’t have to feel overwhelming; they can be woven into everyday life.
I’m most proud of the ripple effects of this work. When a woman heals, her transformation extends to her relationships, her family, and even her community. I’ve seen clients rediscover their joy, step into leadership roles, and break patterns that have held their families back for generations. These moments are what drive me to continue this work.
For anyone new to my brand, I want them to know that they are not alone. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, burned out, or unsure of where to start, there is a way forward. My mission is to hold space for your healing, help you trust your intuition, and guide you to a life where you feel empowered, aligned, and deeply connected to yourself. My work isn’t just about transformation—it’s about remembering the wisdom and power that already exists within you.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
One story that stands out from my journey and illustrates my resilience is the aftermath of the birth of my first child. I suffered a severe category 4 tear, followed by incontinence and a deep sense of failure as a woman and mother. The physical trauma was debilitating, but the emotional weight was even heavier. I felt betrayed by my body and by a system that seemed to have no space for my healing or my pain.
For months, I lived in survival mode, overwhelmed by shame, guilt, and anger. But something within me refused to let that be the end of my story. I realized that no one was coming to save me—I had to save myself. This realization sparked a quiet but profound rebellion within me to start making better choices for my body, my emotions, and my spirit.
One day, instead of numbing myself to the discomfort, I chose to sit with it. I allowed myself to feel every emotion—rage, grief, sadness—without judgment. I began listening to my body’s whispers, tuning into the intuitive signals I had ignored for so long. This practice of creating space for my feelings was the beginning of my healing.
Through somatic practices, womb healing rituals, and rage releases, I reclaimed my relationship with my body and my power as a woman. It was not an overnight transformation, but every small step—choosing to feel instead of hide, choosing to nurture instead of neglect—became a brick in the foundation of resilience I was rebuilding.
This journey taught me that resilience isn’t about being unshaken. It’s about being willing to face the storm, to feel it, and to rise again—stronger, wiser, and more connected to your truth. Today, I help other women do the same, guiding them to reclaim their power and create lives rooted in their unique strength and inner wisdom.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to unlearn was that prioritizing myself and my pleasure was selfish. Like many women, I grew up absorbing the belief that my worth was tied to how much I could give to others—my family, my community, my work—often at the expense of my own needs. This belief followed me into motherhood, where I felt pressure to be everything for everyone, even when I was physically and emotionally depleted.
The backstory begins after the traumatic birth of my first child. I was in survival mode, juggling recovery, motherhood, and the expectation to “bounce back.” Every instinct in me screamed to slow down, to feel, to nurture myself, but I kept pushing those needs aside because I believed taking care of myself was a luxury I couldn’t afford. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point—emotionally drained and physically disconnected—that I realized something had to change.
I started small. One day, I allowed myself to sit in silence with a cup of warm coffee. Another day, I gave myself permission to cry without trying to fix or suppress the feelings. Slowly, I began to see that taking care of myself wasn’t selfish—it was essential. I realized that when I honored my body, my emotions, and my pleasure, I became a better mother, partner, and person.
Unlearning this lesson wasn’t easy. It required confronting deep conditioning and allowing myself to redefine what it meant to be a woman, a mother, and a leader. Today, I help other women unlearn this same lesson, guiding them to prioritize their pleasure and connect with their inner wisdom—not just for themselves, but for the ripple effects it creates in their families and communities.
The truth I’ve embraced is this: when women prioritize their well-being and joy, they become unstoppable forces of love and transformation. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s revolutionary.
