We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Victory Music Group. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Victory Music Group below.
Alright, Victory Music Group thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
Starting Victory Music Group is a passion-first pursuit, where bringing quality over quantity is definitely the goal. Not that we wouldn’t be happy with exponential growth and huge numbers…but maintaining artistic direction and a centralized focus on our mission is most important to us. Being an independent music entertainment company has its obstacles, for sure. But our ability to adapt and change quickly whenever we need to, as well as putting out content that we truly believe in, I think sets us apart. Currently, Mr. Seal is the sole artist/DJ represtative. But we’re very excited to have added flow artist, Bex, to our roster of talent, here. Our primary motivation is to influence the EDM market with what we feel is of most importance and in need of a reviving of sorts–bringing back the openness of the “PLUR” vibe to the rave audience through positivity and a genuine love for this culture. We’re here to celebrate a sense of renewal, i.e., “Victory,” and introduce audiences to what has captivated us since the beginning.

Victory Music Group, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Victory Music Group’s main influence is bass music (especially DnB and Jungle) and the 90’s rave aesthetic. With DnB and Jungle having its own resurgence right now along with “Y2K” fashion, we feel we couldn’t have hit a more perfect time to enter the EDM/bass music market here in Denver. We are offering DJ and Flow Arts services and have a boutique music label independently releasing music. We are all about jungly vibes and glow stringing twirly things. haha…
We absolutely love what we do and are looking to book our talents for events in the Colorado area–clubs, raves, festivals, corporate events and beyond!

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
Supporting one another in creative fields is essential for an artist’s survival and betterment, at this point. If one thing a couple recessions and the decline in live event attendance has taught those of us still around is that we can’t do this alone. We need like-minded people going out and supporting each other at the actual events. Merchandising can be great as extra income. And it’s no secret that there’s not much money left to be made in music distribution due to the current low pay of streaming services to artists and labels. So, our greatest commodity is the live act and support from our community. When we support each other, our economy thrives. If we don’t, we will no longer be able to sustain building a business model. Collaboration and support is key. And we have found that Denver’s culture has been more than warm and inviting–the people here really do want to see you succeed when you present a true talent and passion for your art form. It’s a very inspiring community of artists which is continuing to grow.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
Our mission at Victory Music Group is to present music, art, and entertainment in a celebratory manner which illustrates that personal growth and faith lead to overcoming obstacles. We are the “overcomers” brand.
