I am a Fortune 500 industry groomed administrative professional with over ten years experience supporting c-suite level executives, and well versed in providing consultation and revision of written work for senior management. Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Referrals! We love a good client referral. The nature of a client/assistant relationship is a special one. Assistants are privy to very confidential information and integrity is paramount. A client referral provides a steppingstone from a credible recommendation so the discovery call can be centralized on personality and work style fit. Trust is the foundation of any successful working relationship, and the assistant/client relationship is no exception!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Networking! Clients need to meet their assistants face-to-face to feel the appropriate level of comfort in their image presentation. By meeting our clients at in-person networking events, they meet us in an organic environment and watch us in our element. After-all, if hired we will be an extension of our clients, representing their brand.
