We were lucky to catch up with Victoria Rader recently and have shared our conversation below.

Victoria, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?

Innovation is one of our core values. We see innovation as implementing inspiration. Victoria, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I was born in Ukraine, when it was still a part of the former Soviet Union. From an early age I have experienced a lot of brush ups with death and lack of freedom. Growing up in a society with limited freedom, in a way, invites you to find the power deep within to lean into the freedom of your inner world. In my case, I became so engulfed in my dreams and in my inner projects that they became a source of my joy. Years later, when the Soviet Union collapsed and Ukraine became independent, I saw my secret dreams take life and become my breathing reality. I became fascinated by this process and started reverse-engineering how exactly what I secretly dreamed of became my waking reality. Using the discovered principles, I became a homeschooling mom who was traveling the world with her two kids, while becoming a top 1% of real estate agents in the US during the recession. Understanding that what was going on inside of me was much more important than any market conditions, I continued mastering conditioning my mindset. Receiving my PhD in Metaphysical Studies, mastering diverse energy modalities, I have founded YU2SHINE LLC as way to empower infinite possibilities and miracles for my clients. I love my three dogs and a cat, continue to compete in tennis and dream bigger dreams, building businesses, buying a gorgeous beach property, becoming an angel investor, and now leading a team of phenomenal coaches eager to help others to live to the fullest. What makes us unique is the global expertise and proprietary formulas for each and every one of our coaches. Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

In ManifestMiracles.mE masterclass, I cover six hidden mental faculties of a mindset for manifestation. The six faculties are: perception, imagination, intuition, reason, memory and will. When these powerful internal tools are understood fully and used in harmony, we are empowered to create a guided beautiful life. When they clash, we experience chaos. I had to master this concept through repeated painful experiences of my reason and my intuition clashing! I would study a business venture and it would look very promising on paper. And, yet, a small gut feeling, that I could not explain, would nudge. I have ignored that feeling, my intuition, many times, causing me to lose tens of thousands of $$$s… It truly is only through spiritual resilience that I was able to bounce back and to re-focus on what matters most. Making mistakes matter. Truly, this life is not about not making mistakes, but about making mistakes matter… I have learned to listen to and to follow my intuition and to use reason to support my intuition instead of challenging it.
The resilience came from a commitment to my family. I love my kids and providing for their future was a relentless force that carried me through the difficult nights of sobbing through exhaustion and disappointment. Amidst despair, I find that the easiest way to shift your mindset is to redirect the flow of the internal questions you are asking yourself. When things are tough, instead of asking, “How much worse can it get,” redirect to “What is the one thing I can do today to make it better?”

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

I have dream of creating a new educational global platform, providing equal opportunity, where the private charter schools would be paying for the sister non-profit schools in countries where the education is inaccessible. I want to see education that expands the next generation’s spiritual gifts prior to mental and physical one, where the “E” part of who the children are leads and empowers the “m” part of who they are. I dream that regardless of where a child is born they get to know themselves as a divine soul with infinite potential. I understand that this vision requires much talent and funding and I believe that every product and every service that we are currently implementing is brining us in the direction of this vision…
