We were lucky to catch up with Victoria Jackson recently and have shared our conversation below.
Victoria , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think over the last ten years of growing an online community and business, time and time again I’ve been shown that following my intuition will never let me down. There is no stronger compass than our gut feeling. At times, I’ve ignored that initial nudge and somewhere down the line I’ve been shown why I should have tuned into what my internal compass was asking me to consider – whether it be a client that wasn’t the right fit, an agreement that caused unnecessary stress, or a work environment that wasn’t as aligned as first thought.
Another important element to my person success I’d say, is staying true to my values and beliefs, steering away from what looks good for social media and retaining what feels good in my soul. This is something I teach in my work – if you couldn’t share this on social media, would you still want it? It’s a great way of seeing if the ego is at play or whether this is truly something that feels aligned for you.
Finally, showing up as the person who already has what you desire is so important when it comes to define success in life and business. For example, when I was growing my business – The Manifestation Collective – as a coaching platform, I had to show up as the person who had space for clients, who knew how to onboard clients efficiently, who could create a seamless experience from start to finish. I had to become to version of myself who was an amazing coach – long before I actually had clients. The law of attraction states, like attracts like. And as I moved into the energy of being a leading manifestation coach, I attracted people into my space that knew I was the perfect manifestation coach for them.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Founded in 2019, The Manifestation Collective began life as a supportive and intimate space online for people to talk about manifestation alongside like-minded souls, away from the cliched world of spirituality with long floaty dresses, ceremonies and holistic buzzwords.
I, like many others, had discovered the concept of manifestation but felt out of place within my friendship group discussing this alternative way of thinking. I shared online that I had created a group for others in a similar position and in the space of a year, over 4000 people had joined me.
For a long time I was living my life according to other people’s expectations and what attracted the most likes on social media. As the editor of a fashion magazine for over a decade, it looked like I had reached the pinnacle in my career. On paper. But away from the glamour, I was stressed, crying on my commute, hair falling out and experiencing heart palpitations as soon as I woke.
I had discovered the concept of manifestation in 2015, but as a cynical person stuck in a negative mindset cycle, I struggled to embrace it. In true British style, I required more proof than the odd parking space or free hot chocolate.
That very same proof arrived in 2018 when I asked the Universe for a sign I should leave my career and press the reset button on my life. The very next day I was made redundant. If there was ever a sign to hit refresh, that was it.
It was then that manifestation became part of my everyday life. I studied the science behind the law of attraction, retraining as a certified mindset coach and EFT practitioner. I have manifested trips to Hong Kong, LA and San Francisco, the exact car on my vision board, the house I used to drive past and dream about living in some day, hundreds of thousands of pounds into my bank account, two book deals, soulmate friendships and so much more.
And over the last five years, The Manifestation Collective has grown organically into a monthly manifestation membership, manifestation retreats, online and in-person workshops, no.1 chart topping The Manifestation Collective Podcast, 2 x no.1 books on Amazon – Manifesting For Beginners and How To Manifest Anything – and so much more, reaching hundreds of thousands of people across the globe.
My ethos now is to teach manifestation in such a simple manner that it becomes second nature for people to attract their dream life, looking for the magic around them and embracing the joy in the journey of doing so.
Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
One of the main focuses for me as a business owner when I began on this journey was understand my relationship with money and the deep rooted beliefs I had around being self-employed and how much money I could earn. Coming from a working-class background in the UK, I’d always believed that being self-employed meant putting in endless hours for next to nothing – it’s just what I’d experienced growing up. But as I stepped into entrepreneurship, I began reading authors like Jen Sincero and Denise Duffield-Thomas, who helped me spot and break down those old, limiting beliefs.
For instance, Jen Sincero’s You Are a Badass at Making Money encouraged me to question the deeply ingrained idea that money only comes through struggle and sacrifice. Instead, it helped me see that making a good living can feel natural when you genuinely value your work. Meanwhile, Denise Duffield-Thomas’s Get Rich, Lucky Bitch! opened my eyes to how much of my “money story” was influenced by cultural and family patterns. She provided practical exercises to let go of outdated notions, encouraging me to create a healthier, more confident mindset around earning.
Through the power of sublimimal audios, journaling and EFT Tapping, I’ve been able to reprogram subconscious to believe that the more in flow I am, the more money I attract into the business – and that doesn’t mean working long hours, that means working intentionally.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
My podcast has been, without doubt, the most effective source of new clients. It serves as the perfect platform for people to get to know me – my personality, my energy, my story – and to really relate to what I’m discussing. Thanks to carefully crafted SEO and choosing the right keywords, new listeners often find my show when they’re searching online for answers or insights in manifestation and mindset.
Once they’ve become regular listeners, many then come and join me on Instagram for more day-to-day snippets of my life and business. There, I’m able to interact with them more personally, building upon the trust that started forming on the podcast. When they join my mailing list, I welcome them with a free lead magnet; something that not only provides value but also helps nurture that deeper connection over time.
Altogether, it’s a seamless journey: from discovering my podcast through SEO and marketing, to engaging with me on social media, and finally joining my mailing list where I’m able to welcome them into my paid offer eco-system. This approach means that by the time someone reaches out to work with me, they already feel as though they know me, and that level of comfort and trust makes all the difference.
