We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Victoria Cernoch a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Victoria, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
In my coaching business, I help exhausted women recover from fatigue and reclaim their power so that they can finally live the amazing life they dream about. My clients are women who are feeling overwhelmed by life and disconnected from themselves. Maybe they’re struggling with feeling unsatisfied with their work or are continuously giving their energy away to other people. These are women who are seeking more out of life than the status quo — they know there’s more to life but are feeling so flattened that they need support and guidance to create their dream life.
I was inspired to help women with these things because these are the exact things that I have struggled with in my own life. I’ve always been a bit of a dreamer, and have always wanted to live a beautiful and vibrant life. But I struggle with depression and have ADHD so, for me, daily life often feels really overwhelming. Without actively working to manage my mindset, daily life can end up sapping all of my energy, making that beautiful and vibrant life feel impossible.
Next, my business is founded on the idea that healthy, happy, and whole human beings want nothing more than to make the world a better place. It’s actually quite beautiful; when humans are feeling whole, they just want to help everyone else and take care of the earth. I’ve found that the wear and tear of daily life drags us down and causes us to not be able to show up as our best selves. Which is why my mission is to help women become their best selves, so that they can then go out and make the world a better place. More happy humans means a better world for all of us.
Finally, my business allows me to stay focused on this pursuit of becoming your best self — which means that it helps me stay on track as well. I help my clients, but they also help me. We are all building these beautiful, vibrant lives together as a community.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am a health and wellness coach who works with women who are struggling with fatigue, exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed by life, or feeling disconnected from themselves. We work together to help them solve fatigue and reconnect with their true, inner self so that they can start to build the life they dream about.
I struggled with the same things for many years, and after I hit full-on burnout I decided to make a change. For so many years I’d been grinding through work days and feeling unfulfilled by my life. There was always this nagging feeling that there was more to life. I’ve also always been a very entrepreneurial person, so as part of my big change I took a health coaching certification course and launched my business.
I primarily work with my clients in a one-on-one format using my 12-week coaching program and plenty of my own tools like downloadable audios and workbooks. My coaching program is a little unique because we’re not just solving small problems, but taking a broad view of your life and honing in on the areas where you can make the most impactful changes. I use a science-backed, soul-led approach comprised of a mind, body, spirit health inventory that allows me to decode any physical symptoms alongside powerful personal development techniques. It’s important to me that my clients feeling empowered to live as the truest version of themselves – I don’t want them to feel that they need to compromise who they really are to fit into society’s expectations. I help them figure out how to shape their life to fit themselves, instead of squeezing themselves into a box. It’s a big mindset shift, but coaching supports my clients to get there because I am acting as a guide but am also a sounding board. I’m not in the business of letting them compromise on their authentic selves.
The main thing I want future clients to know about working with me is that with me they are allowed and encouraged to express the sides of themselves that they perceive as “ugly” or “embarrassing”. As humans, we spend a lot of time running from our shadow, or hiding who we really are because somewhere along the line someone told us we are wrong. We also live in a society that prefers to put people in boxes. But healthy, happy, and whole humans have an innate desire to make the world a better place. Your shadow doesn’t make you evil, but running from it prevents you from becoming that best version of you who loves freely and creates beauty.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
My primary method of keeping in touch with my clients is via my email list. I publish regular newsletters — but write my email blasts in a way that makes them unmissable. I want to have a community that is excited about my emails, and maybe even looking forward to them. I do this with a few tips I learned online like using storytelling (almost like setting the scene in a novel), starting in the middle of the story, sharing some TMI, and of course a good subject line. My emails are more editorial but also provide tons of value. And they definitely need to be beautiful.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have definitely tried out a bunch of different online business models. I’ve tried dropshipping, selling on Etsy, and being a copywriter. And I did marginally ok at these things, but didn’t see crazy success. I also didn’t feel fulfilled by them. So after struggling at these different businesses and eventually giving up — something just keeps me coming back for more. My coaching business is definitely a pivot from what I’ve tried before, but it came about when I took a step back and decided to figure out what I could do that actually was fulfilling and aligned with my values and strengths.
I think it’s important to work on something that’s meaningful to you, because it will help you continue to show up every day. To me, what’s meaningful is connecting with other people and working with them.
