We were lucky to catch up with Victoria recently and have shared our conversation below.
Victoria, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I want to build a legacy that goes far beyond sales or titles—I want to be remembered for how I made people feel. My hope is that when people think of me, they remember a woman who truly cared. Someone who listened, encouraged, prayed with them when they needed it, and believed in them even when they couldn’t see it for themselves.
I hope people say I lived with purpose and walked in faith. That I was someone who didn’t just chase success, but helped others succeed too—whether that was finding their first home, building financial freedom, or stepping into their calling. I want my children, clients, and community to remember me as a light—someone who gave her best, stayed grounded in her values, and always made room for God in everything she did.
My greatest hope is that my life speaks long after I’m gone—not because of what I accomplished, but because of the lives I touched. I want people to say, “She lived boldly, loved deeply, helped others rise and helped me believe again—in myself, in possibilities, and in God’s plan.”

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Victoria Pina-Druley, and I’m a faith-driven real estate professional and the founder of Property & Investment Group LLC, based in the Indianapolis area. I help individuals and families—especially first-time homebuyers—navigate the journey of homeownership with clarity, confidence, and compassion. But beyond just helping people buy or sell real estate, I see my work as a calling: to serve, to educate, and to empower.
My journey into real estate wasn’t linear. I spent over a decade in finance, where I saw firsthand how many people—especially in underserved communities—were overwhelmed by the financial system or unsure how to build long-term wealth. I knew I wanted to be part of the solution. Real estate became the perfect intersection of my passion for helping people, my financial background, and my deep belief in generational wealth through ownership.
At Property & Investment Group, we offer more than just real estate transactions. We offer education, resources, and a personalized experience where clients feel truly supported every step of the way. From homebuyer workshops and one-on-one consultations to checklists, faith-based encouragement, and community events, my goal is to make sure every client not only reaches the closing table—but walks away more financially and spiritually empowered.
What sets me apart is my heart. I genuinely care about my clients as people, not just transactions. I show up with prayer when needed, patience when the process gets hard, and purpose in every decision. I blend my real estate knowledge with financial guidance and a whole lot of faith. You’re not just getting an agent—you’re getting an advocate who is invested in your long-term success.
I’m most proud of the way my business reflects who I am: grounded in faith, led by service, and driven by purpose. Whether you’re buying your first home, building an investment portfolio, or just exploring your options—I want people to know they can trust me to guide them with honesty, care, and excellence.
At the heart of it all, I want my clients to know this: You are worthy of wealth. You are capable of building a life you love. And I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the most defining moments in my journey came just a few months after I started my new career in real estate. I had recently left a stable job in banking to pursue something that felt more aligned with my long-term purpose—to help people build wealth and stability through homeownership. I was excited, driven, and ready to take on the challenge of building something of my own from the ground up.
But just three months into that new chapter, my world was shaken—I lost my mother.
Losing her so suddenly while I was trying to build a new career tested me in every way. I was grieving while still trying to stay focused, show up for my clients, and keep momentum going in a brand-new business. There were days when I wanted to shut everything down and just pause, but I knew I had to keep going—not just for me, but because she believed in me and always pushed me to chase what was in my heart.
That season taught me what real resilience looks like. It’s not just about pushing through challenges—it’s about showing up, even when your heart is heavy. It’s about learning to hold space for both pain and purpose. And it’s about allowing loss to deepen your empathy, your focus, and your “why.”
I came out of that season stronger, more grounded, and even more committed to helping others create a sense of home and stability—because I know how quickly life can shift. That experience didn’t just shape my business—it shaped the way I show up for people, with compassion, patience, and understanding
To this day, my mother inspires the way I serve others—with warmth, strength, and compassion. I carry her spirit into every client interaction, and in many ways, she’s still walking this journey with me.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Definitely. I’m a big believer in being a lifelong learner, and I draw inspiration from a mix of books, podcasts, and people who have mastered both mindset and business. As a new entrepreneur, these resources have shaped how I lead, sell, and grow.
In terms of books, a few standouts are:
• Atomic Habits by James Clear – This helped me build structure and discipline in my daily routines, especially in the early stages of my real estate journey. It’s a reminder that small, consistent habits lead to big transformation.
• The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone and The ONE Thing by Gary Keller – Both shifted my thinking around focus, consistency, and going all in.
• The Book of YES by Kevin Ward and Exactly What to Say by Phil Jones – These sharpened my communication and sales skills and helped me feel more confident in client conversations.
• Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount and Sell 100+ Homes a Year by Krista Mashore – Both gave me practical strategies to build momentum and connect with people in an authentic but results-driven way.
• Ninja Selling and Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss – These helped me approach selling from a place of value and negotiation through relationship.
When it comes to podcasts, I’ve learned so much from:
• The Ed Mylett Show – His guests and mindset topics always help me level up.
• Mel Robbins Podcast – She’s real, raw, and motivating, especially on days when I need to push through.
• Empire Building Podcast – I love hearing other women in real estate talk strategy and balance.
• The Ramsey Show – Great for financial literacy and staying grounded.
• The Tony Robbins Podcast and Gary Vee Audio Experience – These constantly remind me to stay visionary and keep serving from the heart.
I also recently started diving into The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and Way of the Wolf by Jordan Belfort—both give unique perspectives on mastering the game of business and relationships.
These tools have helped shape not only my strategy, but also my identity as a leader—reminding me that success is equal parts mindset, skill, and service.
