Alright, Verse thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Consistency and determination followed with persistence will allow you to become successful. Before becoming a successful record executive I was once an videographer for the artist’s Boosie and Webbie. While working for them I knew I wanted more I was determined to learn everything I needed to know about the music business so I can run a successful music label.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
For me, managing a team comes down to creating a space where everyone feels like they matter. In music, energy is everything so I lead with purpose, keep communication real, and make sure everyone knows their role is essential. I celebrate progress, not just perfection, and I always make time to check in with my people. When morale is high, the creativity flows and that’s when the real magic happens.”

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My reputation was built on consistency, relationships, and results. I’ve always focused on doing solid work, moving with integrity, and putting my artists first. In this industry, your name travels faster than you do so I made sure mine carried weight for the right reasons.
