When I think about how Sita and Sarah came to be, it all starts with two women who were the heart and soul of our family. Sita, with her rich knowledge of Ayurveda, taught me that true beauty is not just skin-deep—it’s about balance, harmony, and treating your body with respect. Sarah, with her natural remedies and homemade concoctions, showed me the power of simplicity and how to use what nature provides to heal and nourish. I grew up surrounded by these rituals, watching them carefully blend oils, herbs, and flowers to create the most healing, nurturing products.
As I look back, I realize that it wasn’t just about the oils or the body treatments—they were expressions of love. Sita and Sarah is my way of honoring that love, that commitment to family, and the deep connection to the traditions that shaped me. Every product I create carries with it a piece of that story, a reminder of those warm, sunlit afternoons spent with my grandmothers, and the simple, yet profound, rituals that bind us all together. It’s a way for me to continue their legacy and share the beauty of those traditions with others, so that they, too, can experience the transformative power of love, nature, and family.

I’ve had a pretty unique journey that blends my professional career in marketing with my passion for holistic health and wellness. Professionally, I’m an award-winning marketer with 18 years of experience—my career began at Google, and over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from large corporations to small businesses, even owning my own agency and consulting firm. But what many people don’t know about me is that I’ve always had a personal interest in health, nutrition, and natural remedies, especially because of my upbringing.
I grew up in a family where my grandfathers were doctors, but they always relied on my grandmothers’ kitchen and garden for much of the healing and nutrition we needed. The kitchen was the heart of our home, and I learned early on that nature’s remedies were often more powerful than anything you’d find in a bottle. Fast forward to my own health journey—I’ve been vegan for over 10 years, and I’ve seen firsthand how dietary and lifestyle changes can heal the body. I’ve healed acute anemia and removed pre-cancerous cells through natural means, and I’ve also helped many friends with everything from skin issues to hair growth to breastfeeding challenges.
It was this personal journey that led to the creation of Sita and Sarah, a brand dedicated to clean, natural beauty products that honor the traditions I grew up with. Through Sita and Sarah, I’ve been able to help many people, especially men and women struggling with hair loss, skin issues like hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. What sets us apart is the deep-rooted connection to Ayurvedic and plant-based practices that run through everything we do. My marketing background also helps me ensure that the formulas are not only effective but also consistent, and that the products reflect the authenticity and care we put into them.
I’m most proud of the way our products have made a real difference in people’s lives—healing, nourishing, and supporting their skin and hair. More than anything, I want people to know that Sita and Sarah is a brand built on love, tradition, and the power of nature. Every product we create has a story, and every bottle carries with it the wisdom passed down to me through my family. It’s my way of sharing that healing and care with the world.

One story that really stands out to me in terms of resilience is when I was dealing with a personal health challenge that forced me to take a hard look at my lifestyle and what I was putting into my body. A few years ago, I discovered that I had pre-cancerous cells. It was one of those moments where you think, “This can’t be happening to me.” But instead of panicking or just following the typical treatment plan, I decided to take control of my health in a way that felt more aligned with my values. I turned to the things I had grown up with—plant-based remedies, Ayurvedic principles, and clean, whole foods.
It wasn’t easy. I had to completely change my diet, my lifestyle, and the way I thought about health. There were days when it felt like I was up against a wall—no quick fixes, no miracle cures—but I pushed forward. The resilience came from listening to my body, learning more about what works for me, and trusting the natural remedies I’d always believed in. It took time, but after months of dedication and making these changes, I was able to reverse the condition. Building my reputation in the market has really been about staying true to my values and focusing on relationships. From the beginning, I wasn’t interested in just selling products—I wanted to build a brand that people could trust and connect with on a personal level. I think that’s what set Sita and Sarah apart. I’ve always been the kind of person who values genuine connections, so I focused on creating a community around the brand, not just a customer base. I spent time listening to what people really needed—whether it was help with hair loss, skin issues, or just wanting to learn more about clean, natural beauty.
A huge part of what helped me build my reputation was the transparency and authenticity I brought to the table. I’m not here to offer quick fixes or products that might only work temporarily—I’m here to offer sustainable solutions that people can trust. My own health journey, made it clear to me that true wellness comes from consistency and real care. I wanted to provide people with products that would help them in the long run, with formulas they could actually sustain.
Building strong, genuine relationships with my clients has always been at the heart of Sita and Sarah. I don’t just want people to buy products from me—I want them to feel like they’re part of a community that genuinely cares about their well-being.
