We were lucky to catch up with Vasu Nauhria recently and have shared our conversation below.
Vasu, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
In Life, everything happens by taking risks. Every person always wondering but not applying the thoughts in real. Imagine like if we took a risk and it worked then there’s no better option than itself. If it not works then learn from the mistakes and try again by improving. As an Record Producer, I took many risks in my life. When I started my Music Producer career, I wondered that if anyone can purchase my music or not but I not only kept thinking but also took the next step by taking risks. I used to send my beats to different artists in hope that someday sometime anyone can like my music and hit me back for purchase. I didn’t have much confidence back in that days but I knew how to market my product. If anyone liked my beats they gonna purchase it otherwise nothing is going from my pockets. One day it finally worked and I got my first sale as a Music Producer. I always appreciate the moment when i wanted to take that one risk that changed my life. When things work, it gives us motivation to do more and When things don’t work, it teaches our mistakes.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
In 2020 pandemic, I installed my first DAW i.e., Digital Audio Workstation thinking that I must make my own music. Then I started making beats all the Day and Night. My Family and Friends didn’t understand What I was really doing. Making beats was fun for me which slowly turned into my passion.
I grew up listening Hip-hop music. I am really inspired by some great artists like Tupac Shakur, The Notorious BIG, J cole, and few others. I think I learned many things about life in the songs more than any textbook.
Consistency, learning from my mistakes, dedication, and understanding the power that comes from networking and resources has aided me to where I am today. I must also say that not being in large crowd allowed me to become more creative.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
As an Artist, you do what you feel. There is no pressure to make particular things. An artist is known for his uniqueness and the way he represents his art. Its the most rewarding aspect in my opinion.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
It is very hard to crack Social media algorithms due to high competition. But we should be consistent with our work and keep doing our thing. No one knows when it gets viral. Just Wait for the right opportunity in the life and keep working hard. I built my social media with consistency and by interacting with different people. An artist should start building connections with other artists to share the audience from both side. Collaborations helps in building audience.
