To achieve success in the event planning industry, a blend of time, perseverance, exemplary customer service, and fostering strong relationships with venues and event teams is imperative. Understanding the demanding schedules of our clients, who often require assistance well beyond conventional business hours, underscores our commitment to meeting their needs seamlessly.
In an industry where each event is uniquely intricate and client preferences diverge widely, our role as event or wedding planners is to orchestrate cohesion among all stakeholders, uniting them in pursuit of realizing the client’s vision.
Having exceptional organizational skills, extremely attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a vision for design, negotiation skills, adaptability and problem-solving experience and definitely extensive industry knowledge are just a few of the indispensable skills required.
Success in this field is not merely a product of time but, also a profound comprehension of the multifaceted requirements of both clients and team of vendors for such event, ensuring every aspect harmonizes to perfection.

With a rich and diverse background in the performing arts, I embarked on my journey as a professional dancer in Spain performing in stages across TV and theater productions. Eventually I moved to NYC and studied acting at Herbert Berghof Studios ( HB & Uta Hagen Studios) and continued my dance career at Broadway Dance Center with the most talented dance teachers.
Upon relocating to the vibrant city of Los Angeles, I ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing my esteemed bellydance company. It was during my captivating performances at weddings and events that I discovered my innate knack for orchestrating seamless experiences, thus igniting my passion for event and wedding planning.
Driven by a desire for enduring impact, I made a conscious choice to transition into this illustrious field embracing the guidance of industry luminaries such as Tobey Dodge, who took me under her tutelage and provided me invaluable insights and expertise that would become the foundation of my amazing career.
With each event I orchestrated, a reputation for excellence swiftly blossomed. Venues loved my adeptness in navigating the intricacies of event management resolving any unforeseen challenges with grace and calmness.
