We recently connected with Valeryia Tret’yak and have shared our conversation below.

Valeryia, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

The most important project in my life is creating my own show. In my life i have seen and participated in many interesting and great shows, but i have never been its creator. I always believed that i could come up with my own show that i would be proud of. For many years this thought lived in my head and finally i decided to do it. Step by step i worked and went towards my goal. On the way there were always people who supported me. The biggest help was from my partner, we put all the numbers together. And in the end we got a wonderful ballroom show that people really love.
Feedback from our audience and their pleasant reviews are the greatest reward for me. And now I do not plan to stop here. I plan to create another wonderful show !

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I started doing ballroom dancing when I was 5. My whole life was spent training and competing. I know everything about ballroom dancing and even a little more. Dancing has become my profession to this day. At 16, I already started teaching how to dance and at 18, I opened my first dance club. At 22, I received the Master of Sports of Ukraine and moved to the show program.
And in order to stand out from the others I added lifts and tricks to my show program which made my show much colourful and more memorable.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

The most important and valuable thing is that you can express yourself. Show all your knowledges and professionalism on stage. You have no limits. You are free in your fantasies and can reach any heights. And of course to hear and feel the love of the audience is unbelievable.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

The most necessary thing is your video materials of your work. This is how people can see who you are and what you do. This is one of the options for connecting you with your audience. You always need to shoot new videos and photos and share them with everyone. This way more and more people will be able to watch your talent .
