VALENTINA , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s something crazy on unexpected that’s happened to you or your business

30 years ago I had a traumatic brain injury and almost died from it from there that kept in my gifts. I didn’t exactly get into my gifts until 2010 that was the beginning of building my business using my gifts

VALENTINA , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I didn’t choose this business or industry and I don’t really look at that as a business or industry, it is a gift. The gift chose me. From there I knew that I was going to dedicate my life to doing that but in order to do that of course just like everyone else I have to put food on the table.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Well to be honest I am probably unlike any business that you have on here. Much less any normal business. So it’s really hard for me to give business advice. Because I am in such a specialized field. Using my God given gifts to helping heal others. It’s sort of the mother Theresa effect. If you do well and you’re honest and you stick to your integrity, and it is very easy to build a business and have a lot of credibility. Which in my case, and this type of field is everything. I’ve hardly had to do any advertising. My advertising is satisfied clients. That go and tell their friends. 90% of my business is referrals and repeat clients.

I have built my Business to the point that there is now a waiting list and I’m booked months out in advance. The demand for me has become overwhelming because there’s only one of me.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

I guess it’s a good problem to have but my business has become so huge that I’m just trying to find time off which I haven’t had in seven years because there’s never a slow season for me or slow time. I work 365 days a year so now I’m just in the process of trying to figure out how I can reach more people and not work as hard because it’s very taxing on me energetically.
