Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a DP who started as a CrossFit coach. I had taken over their social media and started branding them with my style of videos and photos. That is where my journey began.
Now I have worked with brands like Perry Ellis, The Pivot, FPL, & More.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Between starting my business and leaving the coaching life. I had to do other jobs that weren’t necessarily what I was pursuing but rather learning other skillsets that I didn’t have. Little did I know that this was going to help me understand everything there was to know about marketing my business,
So I just want to say that maybe you dont want to be where you want to be but the journey that you want to go matters for your future. Anyone reading this should be encourage to learn from there job now. Ask questions, soak in the moment because that is what a resilient person will do. Soak in the moment, learn, and don’t look back.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Managing a team is not easy and it does not come naturally to some. I highly suggest as a business owner, hire people who are as motivated as you.
Take care of them by listening to their needs. I know we all have to work but sometimes employees need to be heard by perhaps needing a day off, better work/life balance, etc. If you as a manager or boss can be a good listener, you will always have good workers that will represent the company.
