I went into Business Coaching for female entrepreneurs because I wanted to be a resource for them to grow a successful business. When I started, I didn’t have any help. Therefore I failed several times before I found success.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
As a former healthcare worker, my initial investment to start my business came from my 401k. I didn’t have a plan back then, I only knew that my purpose was bigger and I needed to start then. Therefore, I wrote out my very first business plan and took what was left after being penalized from my 401k and retired myself.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
As I stated previously, at the beginning of my business career I didn’t have the resources to guide me. Because of that, my first 2 businesses failed. I didn’t see myself as a failure, but instead, I realized that I lacked the wisdom and opportunity needed to grow the business. I was determined to reinvest my time and money to acquire the knowledge and steps needed to start, grow, and scale a successful business. Giving up was not an option. So today, She Makes Moves Enterprises and Entrepreneurs On The Rise are my 3rd and 4th businesses and so far it’s been very successful.
