We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tuan Nguyen a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Tuan thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My leadership journey started while I was incarcerated on a 16-year sentence for selling drugs. During the next 5 years, God began to transform me from the inside out, giving me a vision and passion for leadership and coaching.
After serving 5 years and being released on parole, I made a decision to get certified as a Maxwell Leadership coach and speaker.
My goal was to become a powerful testimony of what God can do with a transformed life.
Tuan, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I got released from prison in November 2018 and began my journey. My first few years with only a coaching certification were very challenging. I lacked a lot of social media marketing skills.
I discovered affiliate products and courses. This gave me the essential skills in online marketing and sales to start my own coaching company in January 2021. I now help coaches start and scale their businesses to six figures and beyond through growing wildly profitable Facebook groups.
In the last 17 months, we generated 1.4 million in our coaching program while producing 13 six-figure earners inside our masterminds. Our clients have sold over 1.3 million in online sales within their own programs.
And none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for us constantly investing in ourselves. In 2022 we spent over $100.000 in mentorship from the best in the industry to do what we do now.
Something that sets our company apart is we are faith-based entrepreneurs on a mission to help clients make more money to give more back to purpose-driven projects.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I once heard that authenticity has no competition. A big part of building my online presence was just telling my story over and over. Social media is a game of attention and whoever gets it usually wins. We must never assume a person knows what we do. Marketing is a muscle that has to be developed daily if you want to build an online presence.
Another thing that has helped us build our brand name is our amazing clients who always brag about us. When you put people over profits and help people win, your name travels quick and wide.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
There is so much power in learning how to grow and monetize Facebook groups. This has become our vehicle for generating consistent lead flow in our business. We started off with only 289 people in our FREE group and now we have 3.4k in just one year. With the right content strategies, we have turned this into a million-dollar group using a client-getting model to turn raving fans into buyers.

On a daily, we generate 20-50 new leads in our group. We have enrolled over 200 clients into our high ticket programs all from our free Facebook group.
