RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING specializes in monitoring and analyzing online conversations related to a brand, product, industry, or any topic really. Using advanced tools and techniques, we can track mentions of specific keywords, hashtags, or topics across various social media platforms, blogs, forums, and other online sources.
Leveraging social listening data, RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING was able to help several of our clients get their medical abstracts featured in prominent conferences like the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO). This provided our clients with a platform to showcase their research to a wider audience of medical professionals and researchers, leading to further collaborations and funding opportunities.

RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING is an award-winning social listening agency. We provide consumer research, and social listening software implementation. We study consumers, brands, markets, and trends, offering tailored research and insights to clients globally.
I founded RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING in 2019 due to my dissatisfaction with the leading social listening agencies worldwide. While working in various technical roles at software companies and agencies, I noticed that despite paying top dollar for their social listening projects, large companies’ projects were being outsourced to inexperienced and cheap labor. This led to inadequate analytics, critical outcomes, and a lack of digital strategy, which troubled me deeply.
As someone who values my clients’ needs and trust, I made a decision to establish a company that exclusively delivers top-notch work carried out by consumer insights experts. Since then, RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING has grown to include 15 employees spread across 7 countries with offices on 3 different continents.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In 2008, I moved to the United States with a desire for better opportunities, but like many immigrants, I faced numerous challenges along the way. Adapting to a new culture and navigating complex immigration laws while trying to make ends meet was no easy feat. Despite these obstacles, however, I demonstrated incredible resilience and determination in pursuing my goals and building a new life for myself.
For over a decade, I relied on student and work visas to stay in the country, which came with uncertainty and anxiety as I navigated the complex immigration system. It was a stressful time, but I persisted through persistence and hard work. Eventually, I was able to secure a green card, gaining more stability and opening up a world of new possibilities.
Despite all the challenges, I continued to persevere and thrive, building successful careers, businesses, and contributing to my community. I am just one of the millions of immigrant stories that serve as a reminder of the human capacity for resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Is your team able to work remotely? If so, how have you made it work? What, if any, have been the pitfalls? What have been the non-obvious benefits?
RILA GLOBAL CONSULTING, like many companies, has fully embraced remote work as the optimal solution for our team. With our global team spread across the world and spanning seven different time zones, remote work has allowed for flexible schedules, reduced commuting time and costs, and enabled cross-cultural collaboration.
Our team relies on various communication tools to ensure seamless connectivity despite being in different time zones and locations. We treasure the opportunity to work with new team members on an ad-hoc basis, which allows us to benefit from a diverse range of perspectives and skills.
