We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Troynae Management a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Troynae thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Please tell us about starting your own firm and if you’d do anything different knowing what you know now.
I will say starting your own talent management is all about experience and knowledgable in your field. When I started Troynae Management, I had to establish a name for myself to establish their goal.. It can be difficult, but my job is to help with development and to help make a plan for some talents that’s not knowledge.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
In a few words. I started networking, learning, and producing my own contents, I set aside for a while to learn all about the entertainment Industry, and etc. My company, Troynae Management we are a talent management that represents new and arising talents such as models, actors, singers, and etc. We provide our talents with great perks monthly to benefit them throughout their development process. We work on headshots, acting classes, packaging, pitching, and evening booking them for certain roles or events.
Like most others, I am different than other management companies with my talents. I work with each talent one and one. I work closely with the talents to learn and grow with them. Most agencies and managements go ghost on some talents but I’m fully transparent with all my talents. If a talent has great material, we work with connecting them to a dedicated and dependable talent agency.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Helping and understanding. I had to learn a lot about the industry standards, casting directors perspectives, managing multiple talents for different projects, booking projects. I believe that everyone has a chance to be in this market , it’s aok about if they are passionate. So these things is what made my reputation, by learning and applying but it’s all the how the talent wants to reputable in this industry.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Remembering your purpose of why you are doing it. If you lose sense of it you can’t manage a team to get more!
