We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tristin-Storme Redpath a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Tristin-Storme thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
Growing up I was that kid with her asthma pump around her neck. I felt so powerless and like my fate was in Someone else’s hands. From when I was diagnosed with asthma the sexual abuse in my house had started too. When I was about 14, this secret that I had been keeping on my chest for ÷9 years was finally out. As heavy as it all was, I felt lighter, like a weight had been lifted off my chest. It was around this time that I began to see the correlation between our inner emotional state and the symptoms that manifest physically. This lead me on a jounrey to discover powerful tools and techniques to help bridge the way we are experiencing our outer world and how that shows up for us internally. For me once I allowed myself to grieve and release my childhood traumas ( which took about 3 years), my asthma symptoms started to disappear. Around 16 I had tests done and the doctors said I probably wouldn’t outgrow it because of the damage to my lower left lobe but by 18 I had no more symptoms, I was able to run and climb. This foundational experience changed the way I view healing and the way I work with it today with my clients. When we look at symptoms and we dig a little deeper when can see how certain life events, deep seated unprocessed emotions and the meaning we have given to certain memories are all Intrinsically connected. It’s just about reweaving our stories from one of victimhood to that of liberation and healing. So for me it hasn’t been just one defining moment because there have been so many that made me pivot and look deeper. But definitely becoming the author of my own story and giving my trauma a purpose and function has been profoundly defining.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Tristin-Storme and I an a Life Alignment Coach and dreams architect. I specialize in belief clearing and reconstruction of our mental and emotional artitecture.
When we redesign this unconscious realm our physical self begins to transform and our blueprint is altered. One of my favorite things about the work that I do, is watching someone who feels like life has defeated them to that moment when they begin to see all the colours come back. When they remember their magic. It’s like the ultimate before and after picture.
I am passionate about helping people recognize that they give life meaning and they will live the side effects of that meaning so why not become conscious meaning makers. I created the Life Aligned Academy to offer tools and techniques on how to BE a thriving human because for so many of us we didn’t learn the important stiff at school. Things like state creation and management because our state of being influences every aspect of life, when we are stuck in unresourceful states life feels impossible.
We have just released a new course called WAYFINDER which is designed to assist people to navigate through their own emotional realms. Through the course we meet 5 major emotions and change how we relate to each in the most resourceful ways. You can learn more about this transformational course here:

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
I always knew I wanted to help people but for so long I was terrified to step into my passion path. So instead I had a jewelry business for over 7 years. It was my way of weaving little items of magic and imbueing it with a powerful message that someone would come along and be activated by. It was an amazing way to connect with people but I knew there was more for me to do. When I realized that I was just scared to embody the coach role and worked with my fear I was able to pivot. I am so glad I had that time to build my skills and I believe that the calling becomes so loud you will find a way to follow it. It definitely doesn’t have to be as agonizing when you learn to reframe your inner critic and work with your fears. All tools you can learn at the Life Aligned Academy.
Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
I believe you can have all the degrees and certificates but if you don’t have the experience, if you haven’t walked the path then all that knowledge is just theory. Applying what you know and drawing from tangible life experience gives you more well rounded credibility and I feel from empathy you can connect with just about anyone from all walks of life.
