Alright, Trish thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?

I wished I would’ve trusted my thoughts and intuition sooner but I needed that time to learn myself, what it was I was actually visioning myself as and my business. But everything takes time and discipline as you evolve and grow.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

“Who’s that intriguing person?” you might ask. Well, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Trish T from Houston, Tx. I got into the coaching/mentoring community industry 4 years ago when I joined a mentorship community and had the honor to host my 1st International “Mastering the Mind” (virtual) Mentorship class in 2023 with women from across the world. We had many different discussions on learning your yourself & energy, the spiritual journey growth, love and dating, childhood/adult hood trauma and many other topics.
The reason why I chose this industry and created my very own community was because I knew what it felt like to not have an adult village with the right resources, support/empowerment, friends to talk to when you just need someone to listen to you or go have fun outings with. I knew I wasn’t the only person who thought this way or felt this way, so I created a community by “getting out my introverted shell” and started learning more about myself, going out meeting new people, networking and creating opportunities for myself and others.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect to being a creative is that you are doing what you love, the things that you are most passionate about and people begin to recognize you ,your business/community , the services and product you offer. People will also see how the universe will reward you and your business for just being you and doing what you love to do. You have to have a clear mind and not overthink it too much because we can hold ourself back from manifesting our dreams because we tend to think “it has to be perfect” and it doesn’t, you just have to be yourself and trust yourself enough to get the job done to live the life you want.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

I started my business wanting to help people with their problems, help them heal themselves and show them how they can overcome anything like I have. After I had my 1st mentorship class Feb 2023, I re-evaluated myself and how it went, how it could have been better etc., and even though I did an amazing job for that being my 1st time ever stepping out of my comfort zone trying something I never thought I would do, but it wasn’t what I envisioned for myself and my business. Shortly after that I was laid off from my corporate office job, which was very unexpected, so I definitely had time to re-think some things and figure out where this path in my life was taking me.

When you have a vision that’s all about creating resources, meeting new people, and making a positive impact on the community, and you have consistently put in the hard work, dedication and trust into it and yourself it’s like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! But this time it’s extra special, because it’s all about shaking things up and making a real difference out here, going above and beyond with innovative problem-solving skills, a changed mindset/perspective, creating opportunities for yourself and others by showing them how they can up their game in life and meet others who share similar interests. I am proud of myself for taking the time away to be by myself and to truly understand what it means to trust myself, my vision, my prayers, and my energy. The biggest risk in life is not taking one, every risk comes with a reward (blessings).
