Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tricia Mincy. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Tricia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
Being in this business allows for some very meaningful interactions with clients, as they curate jewelry that is very symbolic of moments that they want to remember in a material way.
Some of those moments symbolized are from times of loss, or sometimes they come with family and close friends to get Jewelry that becomes a physical connection between them.
It is in these moments that I am honored to facilitate their creation of a memento that they can look at and remember a special person or time from their past.

Tricia, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Tricia Mincy is happy to be known as the wife of a supportive husband, and mom to 2 boys + 3 girls, joyfully living each day of life that God gives with passion!
The bonus in the last two years has been the opportunity to have one-on-one interaction over jewelry! Being a people-lover to the core, and loving all of the sparkly things makes thi business the perfect combo—and what makes it even better is the opportunity to work together with my daughters.
SūmmaVitaLinx permanent jewelry pop-up was started as a channel for Tricia and her daughters to create meaningful jewelry pieces that would not only allow for creative expression, but also for customers to have a symbolic jewelry piece to remind them of their bonds of friendship (whether family and friendship, or other significant relationships).
If you haven’t seen it before, permanent jewelry is completely customized, clasp-optional jewelry pieces that are micro-welded right before your eyes (with protective glasses, of course!) There is absolutely no discomfort and we 100% guarantee you’ll be enjoying your jewelry for years to come! We love to call it the lazy-girl jewelry lifestyle. 🤍
We do all types of events, collabs, and pop-up markets. From team-building to birthday parties, bridal suites to bachelorettes—you bring the bash + we’ll bring the bling!
At this point, the faces you see at events & pop-ups are mostly Tricia & Jarynne (the 13 year-old marketing prodigy), but behind the scenes there is also 23 year-old, Jenna, putting out many of the Instagram posts & reels remotely from L.A.
The time that we spend together as mom + daughters doing this business, enabling you to walk away with a special matching jewelry piece (or two!), is fulfilling in every way!
We are so grateful for the honor and opportunity to step into the moments of significance, as our customers come with the people they love most, to create a long-lasting jewelry piece!

How did you build your audience on social media?
Once you identify your ideal, customer, and prioritize, what you want them to know about you, it is important to stay, consistent in creating reels and quick story shares that will keep them engaged.
Definitely utilize a mix of approaches that are both entertaining and educational. Utilizing suspense at times with giveaways Fosters, a habit of desire in them which initiates their clicks and check-ins when they see that you have posted

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I think being approachable, relatable, and definitely up-front in your initial presentation…then as they are able to have a good experience with their purchase, they will become loyal customers, because they know they can trust you
