Trenovia, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Hello an welcome to what brought me here today. You asked what’s the story behind my mission well here goes. This journey has not far been easy , there were many obstacles in the way that I have had to go through , there were roadblock & an also times I wanted to just quit . Deep down inside I knew I couldn’t just let that break me I knew from self this was what I wanted so I needed to keep pushing. I wanted to be able to say this was mines this belonged to me these were buisness I wanted to leave for my children, something that they would be proud of. Just to let them know you can dream all day but if you don’t plant your seed you don’t have anything yo watch flourish into what you want it to be . It’s nothing you can’t do no matter what is happening you have to keep going , keep fighting for what matters in your eyes. Completion , success & building a brand was always the end goal.

My name is Trenovia , I’m currently 31 , 3 children ( 2 boys ) ( 1 daughter ) am let’s just say motherhood as also been a journey with ups an down but more of love and lessons. I have just completed school for manicurist am preparing to take my state board test within the next week ( WISH ME LUCK ) lol. The beauty industry has always been something I loved to do from make up ( being self taught ) cosmetic items ( making my own lip products ) selling lashes ( the girls favorite lash dealer ) to now introducing nails to my brand. I’m constantly evolving an adding which brought me to my name “ It’s All Luxury “ because there is no certain thing I plan to stop at , I want to be known as a full one stop cosmetic line. Main focus on sticking out from other there is no limit to what we here can an will achieve we want it all. Proud of myself I must say so , I wouldn’t have EVER thought I had enough discipline to sit down an pour out into the universe what I wanted let alone known that I can achieve it as well. I literally took out the time to invest in myself , my brand & MY NAME an I couldn’t be more grateful for it all. I would like for my fellow audience , clients , followers etc to know that coming in believing anything I have put out there from services to products I stand behind them all I’m not here just to get a buck an have a come up I actually have a passion an love what I’m putting out into the market. There will be relationships built , trust an most of all respect given at all times.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn the way of unprofessional communication. Most of the time I use to always say this is just how I talk I don’t mean anything by it but everyone isn’t going to always accept that. Breaking away from that saying was very hard for me but I knew it would hurt my buisness , knowing I wanted a main steam buisness changing it wasn’t up for discussion I knew it had to be done.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with clients/customers wasn’t really something that was hard for me. Im big on open communication I know for sure even when I’m purchasing something from someone or a company so I know it’s expected on my end as well. I offer text message / email reminders for appointments an products that’s being shipped out or the ones that are ready for pick up an delivery as well.
