Tre, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

The process from goals to execution was unexpected and directly communicated from the universe forcefully. While podcasting, with The Black Male Podcast platform, a guest was interviewed that immediately became my mentor. he instilled additional confidence in me while introducing me to necessary tools that I didn’t even know existed. To this day, he remans very vocal in assuring me that I have the necessary tools to build a foundation from. The goals of therapy and assisting individuals through life’s transitions and trials is a calling recognised. As an emcee my goal was to always touch others through lyrics and rhythms; refusing from the popular content that saturates the ,market. Podcasting opens the doors the expressing in detail thoughts and commentary in ways being an emcee could never cover. In addition, as we mature, our brand has to re-invented and re-packaged for presentation. As far as being an author, this ia an extension of the dialogue represented and communicated in a format that can be digested and archived for a later date. Each dynamic is related while strengthening each other. my concentrations within the therapy dynamic will begin with Life Coaching, Near Linguistic Programming, and Cognitive Behviorial Therapy. Looking to begin seeing clients as soon as next summer while hopefully simultaneously having my first book entitled “Not Me” (journal of self reflection and accountability) available as well as my personal podcast that will be entitled “Talk To Em.”

Tre, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m an artist and creative mind first. After that, the key is finding your personal responsibility with these gifts and how to share these with the universe, Musically, you can currently enjoy the present hip hop soul expressions of SoulTre at www.soultremusic.com. Artistically, several videos are archived on YouTube. Over the years I’ve been a part of several marketing plans in Japan while also successfully contributing to a few video games. Creatively I’m mostly proud of what’s to soon come and what I anticipate the future holds for me. The power to be a blessing for others isn’t taken lightly and the navigation through these goals is necessary for my balance as I progress. As a therapist, aware of the fact many of us are still learning as we mature, the focus will be on self first. Never from a selfish perspective but from the realistic scope that we can’t defeat ourselves in order to please others. The power is within strengthening yourself while uplifting others.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

My resilience within my personal life has been through on site therapy moments when solutions were needed immediately. These moments where I had to dig deep with no judgements and be that calming force within a turbulent moment solidified my desire to enter therapy. Situations ranged from addiction, suicide, to depression and anxiety. Personally battling some of these thought process and overcoming them less me to have premium levels of empathy and sincere passion to be fully engaged in assisting when I can. these struggles aren’t isolated incidents and to this day reappear within my own existence. the tools communicated and instilled within us give us that strength to maintain and navigate through these obstacles.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

The most rewarding aspect of being creative is that even on your worst day you may be someone’s inspiration. That feeling of a complete stranger communicating to you how they’ve been inspired is a feeling these characters can’t express. As a creative this is why we do the things we do and share them with the universe. No question, I would rather touch one than confuse a million. This thought process keeps the content healthy. Leading and communicating from a value driven sense of purpose can be challenging but the rewards outweigh the struggles. The key is finding your personal niche and capitalizing off of these opportunities as they present themselves. Being of assistance to others creates a sense of belonging, keeps things in perspective, boosts self esteem, and can be contagious. Truthfully speaking, when off of this path my existence isn’t as smooth. Many times chaotic and out of balance in these times. Easy solution right? Of course it is! Unfortunately, the basics sometimes get lost within the mix of survival.
