We were lucky to catch up with Tre Bizzell recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tre, thanks for joining us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later

So I started my business heavily during the pandemic. Since everyone was at home and nothing was really going go, the only thing I had to do was think. I knew that the lock down wasn’t going to be forever so I wanted to make sure when we were able to start moving around again I can do something by that would take my life to another Level. So the whole entire 2020 I was watching videos and reading about the current sneaker market, how prices were decreasing and increasing on certain shoes. I launched my business Instagram page @Tre_Solez January 1st, 2021! I will never forget I was so nervous because I didn’t know what people wouldn’t think about it but I knew I had to take an uncomfortable risk if I wanted to see some change. Also round that time I was extremely depressed and in a dark place in life that I never experienced before, like it was bad but my friends nick and daylen kept putting it in my head it will get better and get easier. So I started Transferring that dark energy into the energy of my business and slowly it was a complete 360 degree change. The world had started opening about up and so at this time people were starting to get extra money from Covid relief programs and that’s where my business partner @macks_soles and I came in! We had starting putting in the work getting the sought after shoes that people wanted and customers would pay almost anything for them because they had the extra money and wanted to look nice since the world was opening back up and now we can start going places again. I believe I started my business at the perfect time because now 3 years later, I’m blessed to say I’m a reputable, established seller with a great clientele!

Tre, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Tre Bizzell, I’m from Little Rock, Arkansas which is a very small place. I’m currently a senior in college. I’ve been passionate about sneakers my whole life. My dad really started the obsession of sneakers when he was buying them for me when I was younger but since I been able to afford them myself, my obsession went to a whole different level. I Knew I always wanted to work for myself and so my passion for sneakers made it easier for that dream to come through. Finding shoes, selling them, packaging them up, shipping them out doesn’t feel like a job at all which is the reason I strive because I don’t get burnt out at all. I provide sought after sneakers that most people find difficult to obtain. I think the biggest thing that sets me are are the amount of giveaways I do for my supporters. I host multiple giveaways a month which contains free shoes, free gaming systems and even cash. I provide these gifts so I can show my gratitude.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

I have a business partner name Daylen Mack or known as @macks_soles on instagram. I met Daylen in 7th grade but we became closer after having a math class together in 9th grade. We started off with a genuine friendship like we have now. We never talked about selling shoes together until we graduated high school. We started helping each other obtain shoes and overtime it grew bigger and bigger and now we are planning to open up our first storefront.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I think what helped me build my reputation in this market is the consistency and my overall personality. I Consider myself a nice person, easy to communicate with and easy to talk to. When I say consistency I mean always having the product. I can’t promise you that I will have the cheapest prices every time but people know I will have the product every time which people care about a little more then looking for a cheaper price.
