We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tracy Poizner. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tracy below.
Alright, Tracy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Risk taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
A long, long, time ago, even before the release of Indiana Jones’ Raiders of the Lost Ark, I was lying on the floor in my parents home agonizing over the biggest decision I had ever made. I was being called to take a leap of faith that felt to me every bit as dangerous as the iconic, heart-pounding step off a ledge into the abyss, hoping a bridge would appear under my feet. At 19, I was nearing the end of my first year of university and on my way to becoming a multilingual translator. I was getting great marks and found it dead easy – so easy, in fact, that I started asking if there wasn’t more to life than just doing what you’re already good at. Until then, I believed it was all about doing what you were good at – that’s what they taught us at school! I pursued language studies because I have a gift for speaking foreign languages, but my true passion was classical music. Having gotten a late start at age 16, I was way behind my peers, most of whom had been studying their instruments since they were barely out of diapers. I had no mentor behind me and no way of knowing whether I could ever catch up and make a career for myself in a symphony orchestra, but I clearly remember the exhilaration of making that jump!
With sweaty palms and a pounding heart, I dropped out of school and re-launched myself into a whole new world. I questioned myself again many times along the way but after 4 years of hard work, I was one of only a handful of students in my class to land a full-time professional contract before graduating.
Being an orchestral musician was thrilling in so many ways, but after a decade in the music industry, I felt the allure of the unknown once again. I discovered homeopathic medicine, devouring every book on the topic at my public library. Eventually I invested in formal study (a risk of its own!) and after completing that program, I stepped off the secure ledge of my permanent, full time, hard-won orchestra position and jumped feet-first into the murky pond of self-employment. I’ve been in private practice as a homeopathic practitioner for over 25 years and I’m proud to say that I have a number of clients who have been with me for decades!
Still, I wasn’t done with risk-taking – and I’ll leave my divorce out of the story – but there was another big risk waiting around the corner for me.
A few years ago, I leapt deep into the rabbit hole of New Earth Consciousness, which spoke to me in a way nothing else had ever done. The moment I first heard about Shadow Alchemy and energetic archetypes, I was hooked. I’ve always dreamed of putting my hands on the levers of manifestation, and seeing real magic for myself.
Ever heard the phrase “You can’t unsee that”? When you experience a profound truth, you can’t go back to believing the lie that you thought was real. It’s a risk to step through that doorway of transformation and know there’s no going back. It was a serious risk professionally because it meant giving up my identity as the rational, intellectually minded person I was to my clients. If you’re going to talk “out loud” about magic and manifesting reality, you can say goodbye to any reputation you’ve built up in the world for your command of ‘book’ knowledge. Or, at least, that’s what I thought; to my surprise, many of my friends and previous clients not only continued to follow me and my newfangled ideas, but offered to hire me as a personal transformation coach.

Tracy, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
One of the things that came through and propelled me into this new iteration of business was that after 25 years as a healer, I was ready to step away from the healing paradigm. I’m intrigued with exploring the realm of everything *beyond* healing – that immense, infinite space between “OK” and the very limits of human potential.
Shadow Alchemy, and the work of Sonika Asif, gave me a concise and elegant architecture of the realms of consciousness updated to the current moment in time. I had this beautiful roadmap of the genius realm, but I had limited access to the places it was leading me. The existing tools of archetypal work weren’t enough for me; I couldn’t find a way to stabilize my new beliefs at the level of my physical body. I saw how frustrating it was for myself and others to break through that barrier and turn a new mindset into a new, and permanent feeling in my body.
I recognized a gap in the market for the product I needed myself – one that could act on both mind and body and accelerate the process of self-actualization or even self-transcendence. I knew that there had to be a vibrational medicine akin to homeopathics for that arena, something besides plant medicines like ayahuasca and mushrooms or popular pharmaceutical psychedelics that just don’t appeal to me.
I landed on the system of Bach Flower Remedies by pure intuition. I’d been using them for years as part of my homeopathy practice without ever giving them credit for how impactful they could be on a purely spiritual level. Dr. Bach left a thriving medical practice and bacteriology lab to use nothing but his own sensitivity and intuition in search of the most pure and natural healing substances. He believed that the energy of specific flowers can reconnect one with their higher self and re-establish balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. This system called to me; I started matching the 38 flower essences to the archetypes of consciousness and discovered a perfect match.
The result has been nothing short of miraculous. The blends I create with these essences shorten the timeline on significant shifts in self-development and energetic mastery so the transformation can appear in days or weeks instead of months or years. I don’t take any credit for the transformative capacity of flower essences themselves, but the archetypal system of selecting them and blending them into powerful custom elixirs is something that hasn’t been seen before. I literally jump out of bed every morning excited to see where the whole thing is going to take me next!

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
Homeopathy started out as what you could call a side-hustle, although it was more of a passion project than a business idea at first. I never expected to become a practitioner – I just kept taking courses until I’d gone as far as you could go and found myself in the practitioner level program. When I was done, a friend started recommending me to her physiotherapy clients and before I knew it, I had a thriving practice.
Same thing happened with my Bach Flower work – it started as a little special interest project but right away, people were interested and were getting such marvellous results that I just pivoted towards this work and the rest of it drifted away naturally. I pretty much doubled my income the first year I rolled it out, so I haven’t looked back!
No question, the key milestone for me was a massive shift in energetic sovereignty that happened literally overnight. My own blends had transformed me from doubtful about my new process and clinging to the advice of my mentor to suddenly seeing that same person as a prospect who needed my work. I confidently pitched them the group course they had helped me create only weeks before. I had never experienced anything that powerful before – even my husband says I’m like a new person since using this technology myself.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Definitely podcasting! I actually started my first podcast, Essential Stepmom, about 8 years ago – it has over 100K downloads and attracted a lot of women looking for coaching from someone who doesn’t just regurgitate the standard platitudes about blended family success. My new podcast is called LIMITLESS, A Space|Time Alchemy Podcast. This one is very different – it’s an exploration of human evolution and the frontiers of individual potential. I get to interview global leaders in the field of quantum physics and AI as well as innovators in business, finance and athletics. Through this podcast, I’ve gotten meet people who have had all kinds of different experiences of transcending what’s generally considered to be possible in the 3D realm of physical existence – totally fascinating!
I also build my reputation through lots of live conversations through a rich web of connections I’ve made over the years. I love networking, that’s been a great way to develop relationships with people who are happy to introduce me to others with a solid recommendation. I also love reaching out to people on LinkedIn – it’s a great platform, if you can ignore the spammy folks!
It helps, in terms of building a reputation, that I’m doing something completely unique in the market – nobody has ever combined an existing product line with such a clear roadmap for self-actualization and legacy creation. Everyone I speak to wants to either work with me or partner with me in some way. It’s a very exciting time!
