Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tracy Lopez . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Tracy, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Owning a business isn’t always glamorous and so most business owners we’ve connected with have shared that on tough days they sometimes wonder what it would have been like to have just had a regular job instead of all the responsibility of running a business. Have you ever felt that way?

Hi I am honestly so happy to be a Buisness Owner because it doesn’t feel like a Job . It literally is my passion in life to serve my community in any way shape or form. I do know that having 3 babies and running a Buisness can be challenging but my God’s Grace I have the biggest support system.

I know this Buisness was meant for me and I can’t wait to watch it grow .

Tracy, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I wanted to create a fun place where everyone would come work out and feel loved and accepted. A place with an environment and culture that highlighted other instructors and their talents while supporting and uplifting other small businesses in the area.

One thing that sets me apart from others is that I like to work with with anyone including other businesses. I don’t see anyone or any other businesses as competition but i see them as friends, working together for one goal to uplift people and help them with anything they are going through. I’m excited to see what Active 7 Fitness grows into. We have made so much progress in such a short time and everybody is having so much fun and that energizes me. I really want this place to be known. I Love what I do and my goal is to lift up other instructors and if you’ve been told other places you can’t do something I want this place to be the place for you. I want everyone to be able to showcase their talents they have.

Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?

For me my risk is including my Faith into my business. I hold Faith and Fitness classes and I was scared at first what people would think but I soon realized that this is my ministry and I am who I am because of my Faith in God.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I honestly feel just being me helped me . I am a very honest person who just loves what they do :) No comparison no jealous all about team work and bringing the fitness community together. Never change for anyone but who you are.
