Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
At Edgar’s Bath Goods we couldn’t be prouder of our wonderful staff. Some of our individuals have worked at Goodwill North Central Texas for more than five years!
As the manager of Edgar’s Bath Goods, I can attest to their dedication, excellent work ethic, focus, and diligence when engaged in producing bath bombs and other products. They have also formed a bond and show their care and concern for each other on a consistent basis. They bring to work a great attitude, and at times, a little humor, which makes working with them a pleasant experience.
To maintain high morale, we recently featured our staff in our monthly product newsletter, and ensure staff knows about positive comments about their work. Our staff LOVE what they do, and they are always excited when they know a customer has purchased the products they worked so hard to make.
We also work closely with the team to ensure camaraderie and maintain a close knit team.
