We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tony Wright a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Tony, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

My name is Tony Wright and I am a showrunner and a filmmaker. I loved watching movies and tv shows and always do a show with a meanings. I was the type of kid that would have a punishment and would still watch tv some kinda of way. I created this show call 80/20 Rule The Grass Is Greener. It is a relationship drama that will show how relationships can be great and also have challenges.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Cia Media Network Productions is a tv/movie production company that give great moments of positivity. The company has been given a lot positive shows and documentaries such as King a father hood documentary short and a episodic series now called 80/20 Rule The Grass Is Greener. It is a relationship drama that shows that you can have love, hate, and most important the challenges in relationships.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

To get the funding for the company we got grants and was working in the internet radio sector business. It was a challenge because we have to make sure that we knew that challenges in advertising is the best way to connect.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I remember when I first started the company. I got my Internet radio started with only a drama and understanding networking. I had realized that just because I had love for music I had to learn how broadcasting work. I went to college and learned how to be a great radio engineer and also a movie producer and later a tv showrunner.
