Tony, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The mission is to provide opportunity to the overlooked and underrated talent that this industry doesn’t recognize. There’s so many people out here that are talented but don’t possess all the intangibles that really is necessary to be successful in this industry and I am one to provide that for them.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My brand is an A&R, management, media and artist development company that provides all services that most can’t get at an affordable pricing and develop into a better person themselves.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Having to transition from music artist to ceo and music producer was a big pivot because I gave up my love for making music for myself in order to help others achieve their goals of being a successful and famous music artist. My heart is solely in helping others reach their goal.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Having multiple music and management deals and losing notoriety during music artist days was a lot. I had to start over and reinvent myself and rebuild my brand from the ground up. Which took a lot to do but it was definitely worth it.
