We were lucky to catch up with Tony Guerrero recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tony, thanks for joining us today. Are you able to earn a full-time living from your creative work? If so, can you walk us through your journey and how you made it happen?
I’ve always wanted to become an actor, it took me 10 years to achieve my first role, and the milestone to achieve it was a tough one , especially because the city I was living in didn’t have the film industry that predominates now, working firs in radio and sending thousands of auditions I was able to make it little by little

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
i started recording my voice on tapes and coming up with ideas of how to entertain my friends at my house. I started to work in radio selling ads and eventually moved to production where I was able to play with real commercials which allowed me to expand my creativity. then I started to create a brand name for myself..having the support of my community. what sets me apart from anyone else is my involvement within the community and my creative force toward fair entertainment and hard work
I based my work ethics on people and courtesy as well as helping others

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
set an example to others and being able to help my community
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
always listen to others, and always learn from others, you never know where you can find your next partner, or your next adventure
