Alright, TONIANN thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Day to day the world can seem like a tough place, but there’s also so much kindness in the world and we think talking about that kindness helps spread it and make the world a nicer, kinder place. Can you share a story of a time when someone did something really kind for you?
I have to say the kindest thing anyone has ever done for me is to invest in my idea. For years I have been struggling to get my first client or even ongoing business, then I decided to pitch my business plan to one of my friend/mentor and he gave me the money needed to buy into the franchise . So because of my friend I am now a proud Jan-Pro Franchise Owner

I am a Jamaican national who came here during my teenage years , after losing my father to cancer in 2019 I decided that I wanted to pursue my own business venture. I enjoyed helping others and learning new skills. So I came up with a services oriented business with my main focus on Commercial and Residential cleaning. I also offer Notary Services, Staffing and Event Planning Services also. I am most proud of the direction in which I am going with my business my next expansion of my business is to propose to apartment complex in my area the option to provide valet trash services and also to become preferred vendor for their cleaning needs. I feel like all my services offered helps my client alleviate a lot of their day to day stress. And with the pandemic the world is going thru everyone have enough to worry about so I want to to be the company they can call on the solve their immediate short or long term needs.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
My best source of new clients I have to say has been referrals, My current clients have referred me to friends , neighbors, families, and other business owners. I pride myself on providing unforgettable moments and great work ethics. every client I meet I provide the best customer experience possible, because my philosophy is no one recommend a company that have given them bad service.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I have developed a professional relationship with all my clients and I continue to do so by performing weekly phone calls and follows to see if they are happy and continue to satisfied with my current services.
