We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Toni Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Toni below.
Toni, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
The legacy I hope to leave behind when I’m gone is the impact that I would have made on every person I meet which is my commitment to serve my community, my dedication to improving the lives of others, my leadership and my ability to create a positive change to those around me.
Toni, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi, I’m AnTonia but go by Toni!… I’m the proud owner and photographer of Visible Memories Photography. I have a heart full of creativity and a knack for capturing life’s beautiful moments. As a devoted mom, I find immense joy in freezing the fleeting expressions of my child through my lens, creating timeless memories that will last a lifetime.
In addition to my role as a mom, I wear multiple hats that reflect my diverse interests. Beyond photography, I am also a writer, penning down stories and poems that emanate from my soul. My books are a reflection of faith, hope and self-love and I trust they resonate with others on their journeys.
Not stopping there, I have embraced the role of a wedding officiant, reveling in the opportunity to be part of couples’ special days and witness the union of love firsthand. It’s a role that allows me to contribute to the magic of love stories in a unique and meaningful way.
Aside from my lens and pen, I am a beginner makeup artist, adding a special touch to enhance the beauty of individuals on their significant days. I just love helping people feel confident and radiant on important occasions or just any day!
To add, I am also a notary public, providing a touch of officiality to various documents and agreements.
My life is a beautiful blend of creativity, family, and diverse roles, each contributing to the colorful tapestry of my journey. As I navigate the intricate dance of being a mom, photographer, writer, wedding officiant, makeup artist, and notary public, I find fulfillment in embracing the richness that life has to offer.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I started my business in Hinesville,GA and was able to gain a loyal clientele overtime. When it was time for me to move back to my hometown, Atlanta, I found myself feeling stuck and confused as to what my next steps would be. Atlanta may be my hometown but I didn’t start my business here which lead me to feeling hopeless and afraid that my business wouldn’t succeed as much as it did in Hinesville. The first step to gaining connections and a loyal clientele is to have a positive mindset. My mind was so foggy at first and everything seemed like a blur because I was having such a negative outlook of things. When I decided to replace fear with faith, I knew then I had the ability to put my business in the position to succeed. Although I am not where I want to be, I am working towards it daily. It takes determination and optimism every single day. I have to keep reminding myself that a setback is only a temporary detour to regroup for a better outcome.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Consistency, professionalism, great work and amazing deals.
