Todd, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I was working for a local company and learned there was a need for someone who did carpet restretching and patching. When the company I worked was going out of business I started Palatial Flooring Solutions to do repair work.

Todd, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I started in the industry in August of 1985. While I do install new products, my first go to is seeing if what is currently there still has life left in it. I do all my own work and don’t use subcontractors, that separates me from other flooring retailers.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
I am 99% referral based, you have to know someone I have done work for to know about me.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I do what I say I will do,and have fair competitive pricing.
