TK , appreciate you joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
I came up with the name ‘Center In’ because it is important to take care of yourself before you can take care of loved ones around you. Oftentimes times we give so much to our jobs, families and everyone else till there is nothing left. Canter In was created as a reminder to take some time for yourself whether it is 5 or 10 mins so you can then pour into others.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source for new customers is word of mouth. Treating the returning customers and them telling their friends about us. Social media has also been a great source too.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building an audience on social media can be difficult. It’s all about having a plan and being consistent. We build our marketing calendar around certain holidays and times of year when we know people will use our product. Not every social media app is created equal. If you are a one-man show, pick one or two apps that your audience spends time on and tailor to that and then just repost on the other apps, because you never know who is watching.
