We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Titus Walker a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Titus, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
When I was a kid, my father introduced me to the world of gaming at a very young age. It was an incredible bonding experience for us, and we would spend hours playing together. However, our world turned upside down when my father was wrongfully imprisoned. Suddenly, the joy of gaming became a bittersweet memory, a way for me to feel connected to him even though he couldn’t physically be there.
During this difficult time, my mother stepped up as the sole provider for our family. Gaming, which had once been a source of joy and connection, became a target for criticism and judgment. People would constantly tell my mother that we were “rotting our brains” and wasting our time. Despite her support for our love of gaming, there was always this underlying sense that we were doing something wrong.
I, on the other hand, saw gaming as more than just a hobby. I felt that I was learning critical skills, honing my problem-solving abilities, and building relationships with like-minded individuals. But it was disheartening to see my passion being devalued and dismissed by others. Society had normalized the idea that sports or other traditional activities were the only paths to success and fulfillment.
It was at that moment, when I had the opportunity to make a difference, that I decided to take a stand. I made it my mission to challenge the stigma surrounding gaming and to prove that it could be a legitimate career choice. I wanted to create a platform that celebrated the love of gaming and provided opportunities for gamers to thrive.
And so, the vision for UEL was born. My mission became crystal clear: to create something that went beyond just gaming as a personal passion. I wanted to build a community, a movement, and a career path for those who shared the same love for gaming as I did. I wanted to show the world that gaming had value, that it could be a platform for growth, connection, and empowerment.
UEL became more than just a platform; it became a symbol of change and empowerment. We set out to redefine what it meant to be a gamer and to challenge the stereotypes that had been placed upon us. Through UEL, we provide a space for gamers to compete, connect, and excel in their craft. We organize tournaments, create opportunities for sponsorship, and showcase the incredible talent within our community.
I am proud of the journey we have embarked upon and the impact we are making. UEL is not just about gaming; it’s about empowering individuals to pursue their passions, break barriers, and create their own paths to success. Together, we are changing the narrative and proving that gaming can be a career, a way of life, and a source of inspiration for generations to come.
This is my story, and it fuels my determination to continue pushing boundaries and building a world where gaming is celebrated, respected, and recognized for the incredible force it is.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My journey in real estate was undeniably successful. I would acquire plots of land, both developed and undeveloped, and transform them into thriving communities of homes. While this venture brought financial prosperity, deep down, I knew it wasn’t my true calling. With a nest egg of savings and an unwavering desire to pursue my dreams, I took a leap of faith and embarked on a new adventure alongside my wife—a journey to build the gaming dream.
As I delved deeper into the industry and immersed myself in its intricacies, I couldn’t help but notice a glaring opportunity. Most gaming leagues were fixated on a single game title, neglecting the broader scope of gaming as a whole. This posed a significant problem in my eyes because by aligning yourself with a single game, you risked being marginalized and potentially excluded from the larger gaming community. It was akin to constructing a magnificent mansion on someone else’s land. While you may own a splendid abode, the moment the landowner decides to reclaim their property, your chances of success are slim and navigating such a situation becomes an arduous task.
This realization fueled my ambition to be different—to create something that catered to gamers who simply loved gaming itself. In my research, I discovered that the average gamer plays approximately 24 different games each year. I pondered what these gamers had to relish in when existing leagues only focused on a singular title. It was then that the concept of an “endgamer” took shape—a master of the art of gaming, someone who could excel across various games and genres.
With this vision in mind, I embarked on the creation of the Ultimate Endgamers League (UEL), a groundbreaking platform where gamers could truly go pro. UEL embraced the diversity of gaming, offering opportunities for gamers to showcase their skills across multiple titles, genres, and platforms. It became a place where being a versatile and well-rounded gamer was celebrated, rather than confined to a narrow niche.
Through UEL, we aimed to redefine the landscape of competitive gaming and build a community that encompassed the very essence of gaming as a whole. It was about creating a place where passion, talent, and dedication could flourish, regardless of the specific game being played. UEL became the answer to the unmet needs of gamers who craved a comprehensive and inclusive gaming experience.
In the face of skepticism and conventional wisdom, we dared to be different. We dared to challenge the status quo and create a platform that valued the true spirit of gaming. UEL became a beacon of opportunity, offering gamers a chance to pursue their dreams, connect with like-minded individuals, and carve their own paths to success.
Today, as the CEO of UEL, I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished. We continue to pave the way for a future where gaming is celebrated as an art form and a thriving industry. UEL is more than just a league—it’s a movement, a community, and a testament to the incredible power of gaming.
Together, we are shaping a world where gamers of all backgrounds can come together, embrace their love for gaming, and reach unprecedented heights. This is our journey, and it is one that fills me with immense pride and unwavering determination to continue championing the cause of the endgamer—the ultimate master of the art of gaming.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
As my career in real estate soared to new heights, I was also steering the league toward an incredible direction. The potential of our league was becoming more evident, even though it hadn’t generated any substantial revenue. I could see the dream taking shape right before my eyes.
However, one fateful day, I received a summons to a meeting with the Vice President and District Manager of my job. As I walked into that room, a sense of foreboding hung in the air. The ultimatum they presented me with was clear and stark: either shut down my own business or face termination within a week. The weight of the decision pressed heavily upon me.
While my career in real estate provided financial stability for my family, my mind was consumed by thoughts of the league, its members, and the future we were building together. As I contemplated the potential of what the league could become, I realized that going against all odds was the only path I could take. I made a resolute choice, knowing that my decision would have far-reaching consequences.
True to their word, a week later, I found myself stripped of my job, a major blow to my personal and financial security. But in that moment, I made a vow to myself and to all those who shared in the dream—the dream of creating a platform where gamers could turn their passion into their profession. This dream was bigger than me; it was a mission to provide gamers with their dream jobs, to elevate their status and recognition, and to ensure they were valued and rewarded like true champions.
Losing my job was undoubtedly a setback, but it was a setback that fueled my determination to forge ahead. The league and its incredible potential were worth every sacrifice. I knew that the road ahead would be filled with challenges and obstacles, but I remained unwavering in my resolve. The vision of a future where gamers earned more than professional athletes became my guiding light, igniting a fire within me that could not be extinguished.
The journey to build the league into a powerhouse of success and prosperity continued, even as I navigated the uncertainty of unemployment. It wasn’t just about me anymore; it was about the countless gamers who shared the same dreams and aspirations. Their unwavering support and belief in the vision bolstered my spirits and reaffirmed my commitment.
Today, as I reflect on that pivotal moment when I was forced to choose between security and passion, I am grateful for the path I chose. The league has grown beyond my wildest expectations, becoming a beacon of hope and opportunity for gamers around the world. We have witnessed remarkable achievements, shattered barriers, and transformed lives. But our journey is far from over.
Every day, I am fueled by the belief that we can surpass the limitations of traditional sports and create a world where gamers are not just acknowledged but celebrated for their talents. The league stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to this mission—to create an industry that values and rewards gamers as the true pioneers and visionaries they are.
The road ahead may be arduous, but it is one I am willing to travel. With every obstacle we overcome, we draw closer to a future where gamers earn the recognition and compensation they deserve. I am driven by the relentless pursuit of this goal, and I won’t rest until the day when gamers are paid more than all professional sports combined.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
When it comes to keeping a team motivated, my approach is straightforward yet effective. I believe in setting high standards and fostering a culture of appreciation for those individuals who are dedicated and motivated to meet and exceed those standards.
Motivation is not just about pushing people to work harder; it’s about creating an environment where they feel valued and recognized for their contributions. By setting high standards, we challenge our team members to continuously improve and strive for excellence. This helps create a sense of purpose and a drive to excel in their work.
However, it’s equally important to show genuine appreciation for their efforts. Recognizing and acknowledging their hard work, commitment, and achievements is essential for maintaining motivation. Celebrating milestones, praising accomplishments, and providing constructive feedback all play a crucial role in keeping the team engaged and motivated.
I firmly believe that a motivated team is a powerful force that can overcome challenges and achieve extraordinary results. By maintaining high standards and demonstrating sincere appreciation, we create an environment where individuals feel inspired, valued, and motivated to give their best.
In essence, my advice is to set the bar high and foster a culture of appreciation, where individuals are recognized for their dedication and rewarded for their achievements. When team members feel motivated, supported, and valued, they become unstoppable, and together, we can achieve greatness.
