Tish, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

When I first realized my passion for pursuing a creative path professionally was after planning and executing birthday parties for my son. I absolutely loved researching unique themes, choosing color palettes and decorating the venues, receiving so many compliments on my work gave me joy. After receiving many requests to plan and decorate others special occasions, I embarked on my passion for event planning and decorating. The overwhelming positive feedback and the opportunity to turn my creative hobby into a profession ignited a spark within me, pushing me to pursue entrepreneurship and starting “Balloon Frenzy.”

I love bringing joy, laughter and lasting memories among my family, friends and colleagues, which lead me to start “Balloon Frenzy” in 2019. Balloon Frenzy’s mission is create Poppin balloon decor for every occasion, that not only transforms spaces, but also creates unforgettable moments. We believe that every celebration deserves to be elevated with vibrant colors, innovative designs and meticulous attention to details. Balloon Frenzy offers a variety of balloon decor for corporate events, birthdays, grand openings and so much more. From Poppin balloon garlands to focal point designs, we tailor each design to reflect our clients’ unique vision and theme.
As a creative visionary, we take the stress and hassle of DIY decor from our clients and create memorable and lavish events for all occasions for our clients and their guests to relax and enjoy their celebrations.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

An important lesson I had to unlearn on my journey as an entrepreneur was the notion that everyone could be my client and that I should cater to every budget. In the beginning of building Balloon Frenzy, I was eager to take any opportunity that came my way, regardless if it align with my mission. However, I soon realized that not every potential client was the right fit for Balloon Frenzy, and not every budget could accommodate the level of quality and services I envisioned. After months of not creating for my target audience, I found myself overextending and compromising on the quality of my work to accommodate clients with limited budgets or unrealistic expectations.
I shifted my mindset and begin to focus on attracting clients who valued the quality and creative services we offered. I begin to implement contractual arrangements to protect myself and my clients, creating a minimum order amount, outline expectations, terms and ensuring transparency throughout the process of booking my services.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

The most rewarding aspect of being a creative balloon artist for Balloon Frenzy is the opportunity to bring joy and laughter into people’s lives through our decor and balloon creations. There’s something truly special about seeing the delight on our client’s faces when they see our balloon decor for the first time and witnessing how it transforms their events into memorable experiences. Being able to express our creativity and imagination through balloons and seeing our designs come to life is incredibly fulfilling. Each balloon creation is a unique piece of art, and being able to share our creativity with others and make a positive impact on their special moments is truly rewarding.
We take great pride in being apart of memorable experiences with our clients. Creating for celebrations, such as corporate events, birthdays and so much more brings a sense of fulfillment for us in implementing our mission.
The most rewarding is the aspect of being a creative balloon artist is the ability to spread happiness, creating lasting memories and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients through our passion for balloons and creativity.
