Tina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
For us, this divergence can be seen in our approach to quality and customer service, which sets us apart from other players in the industry.
When it comes to quality, we always try to keep the highest quality both in our supply and services. Besides that, we are willing to think outside the box and update our knowledge with the new trends. This can lead to breakthroughs and unique offerings that may not be found in other nail salons.
We often go the extra mile to ensure exceptional customer service. With a one-on-one service, we can provide a more personalized and attentive experience, fostering strong relationships with our clientele. This can include anything from remembering individual customer preferences to offering tailored recommendations based on their specific needs. We understand the value of building long-term customer loyalty, and we strive to create a positive and memorable experience for each person who interacts with our brand.

Glazen Nails was born to bring a whole new experience at a nail salon to customers in this competitive field. Our Vision is to become the pioneer to bring the best in many different criteria to meet the needs of our customers. Building a professional-scale brand, carrying our own identity, becomes the destination that customers will think of first when they need to have their manicure, pedicure or artificial nails done.
The main thing we most proud of is provides continuous innovation in terms of quality and customer service, inspires people to do things their love in a new way. Being a customer-centric brand, sharing and learning new things are how we improve our business.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We have a customer service line (403 890-8987) that we welcome all of our clients to contact us if you have any concerns or questions. We are more than happy to listen to all of your feedback. Thanks to your feedback, we are able to make ourselves better like today.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Recognize and acknowledge the strengths and accomplishments of your team members, while also addressing areas for improvement. Encouragement and discipline can go hand in hand when feedback is delivered in a supportive and growth-oriented manner. We also support the professional development of our team members by providing opportunities for learning and growth. Encourage them to acquire new skills, attend training programs, or take on challenging requests. When team members see that their growth is valued and supported, it can enhance their morale and drive.
