Timothy, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

Back in 1978/79, I heard Rapper’s Delight by the Sugar Hill Gang on the radio and something literally changed inside of me. I felt a real metamorphosis in every fiber of my being. What were they doing? Talk singing and rhyming over some sort of Good Times from Chic reconfiguration. I already had an affinity for music and was in the beginning of my drumming stage. After hearing more raps from Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five, becoming a DJ was birth in my spirit. My Parents didn’t think that was a viable profession and prompted me to instead attend college, pursue the military, or obtain gainful employment. I have accomplished all of the above and now am able to return to my first love, music. My life has come full circle therefore I named my DJ/MC business as Full Circle Entertainment.

I am Timothy C. Wright, EdD aka Dr. TC, the managing member of both Capstone Action Research Tutor capstonetutor.com and Full Circle Entertainment respectively. I promote Education and Entertainment! “Edutainment” if you will. Full Circle Entertainment is a professional, licensed, and insured fulltime mobile entertainment company that plays the soundtrack of your life and desires to make memorable moments for you during your events. A DJ, or disc jockey, is a person who plays musical recordings for a living. This may take place in a variety of venues. Therefore, the person’s exact role may vary, depending on the setting or the purpose of the music.
Our goal is to provide music for any occasion that will not only move your feet but cause it to resonate with you mind, body and soul.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Born and raised in northeast Ohio now located in northeast Georgia, I have enjoyed good music as far back as I can remember. I recall spending my allowance at the record store. Going through the record bins with the smell, the sound, the ambiance was one of my favorite pastimes. I love to spread that kind of joy to others. It is rewarding to play the songs enjoyable for not only the small people but the more seasoned adults and musical connoisseurs as well. Now in the digital world, this is our way of saying hello and build a commonality together if only beginning with a few hours of time.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

It’s all about the journey, the process! Many seek the destination and often forget the benefit of gaining from the learned experiences and critical thinking along the way. The journey builds character and integrity that will carry us through to the destination. It is so rewarding to not only work through a task from start to finish or completion but pick up tidbits and transferable wisdom and knowledge to those of the future. This is a high calling of passing on a legacy to our children and grands including those who are in circle of influence.
